This tour was a great way to spend the day outside of the city. The driver and tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. At the coffee plantation, you get to see the start to finish process of coffee making and sample coffee and liquor. The lunch was a great meal and this trip is a must!

This was a wonderful tour. It was a bit of a drive from the city - about 1 1/2 hours but, our guide Paola had such wonderful English skills that we were able to learn a lot about Southern Bogota as we drove. The tour guide at the Hacienda was also wonderful and was happy to answer any of our questions - also excellent English. The Hacienda is quite beautiful with lots of interesting vegetation. We stopped on the way home for an enjoyable Colombian lunch and another spot for dessert. We were able to get back before rush hour which I also highly recommend you keep in mind when planning this trip. Would highly recommend Paola and this tour.

We were picked up from hotel by 9 am and reached the Coffee farm after an hour drive. The guide at the farm is very knowledgeable and was able to provide a good tour in English about the entire coffee process right from planting the seeds to grinding roasted coffee beans. At every stage a demo was also given by running the relevant equipment. The tour took about 2 hours and finally we enjoyed both black coffee and coffee liquor. On the way back we were treated with tasty columbian vegetarianour choice lunch. We were back in hotel by 3 pm.

This tour was awesome. Everyone involved did a great job and went out of their way to see we had a positive cultural experience. Definitely worth the price, I can't recommend it enough.

Nice little getaway from the city to learn about the effort that goes into making some of the tastiest coffee in the world. I will appreciate my coffee breaks a little more now. The property was beautifully landscaped full of exotic flowers. Tour guide Enrique was very helpful - above and beyond.

The tour was amazing and fascinating. The tour gave us a very good understanding of the process from picking of the beans to sipping to the finish product. A must for coffe lovers.

The tour was a highlight of our trip to Bogata. The guide very delightful, the driver excellent and the tour at the Hacienda Coloma was A. This is more than a coffee tour! You will see amazing gardens and the Hacienda Coloma guide made the tour memorable!

What a beautiful hacienda and a great way to learn about growing and processing coffee! There were so many orchids and tropical plants on the grounds which made the tour quite enjoyable. The hacienda is in the city of Fusagasuga, but tucked away inside a fence so it feels isolated from the world. Lunch after the plantation tour was delicious! The ride to the hacienda and back to Bogota offered amazing views, especially on the mountain roads we took on the way back. This was a very enjoyable day!

A very pleasant day out south of Bogota. The management at Hacienda Coloma was excellent. They provided an in depth tour of the production centre and beautiful hacienda and gardens.

I was a little dismayed by how the day started. I though I was scheduled for an 8am pickup, but the guide didn't show up till after 9. I decided not to let it bother me and just went on with the day. Aside from the awful city traffic took 1 hour out of the total 1.5 hour journey just to leave the city limits it was a good day. The guide was a little soft-spoken and strange, but she was fun and made the trip enjoyable. The driver was nice too, though the language barrier made it a bit awkward between us at times. The actual farm is awesome, Cesar the local guide there was great and spoke wonderful English. It's cool seeing all the hard work that goes into getting coffee from the ground to your coffee cup, you'll appreciate that more after seeing the whole process. It was also nice seeing all the other stuff the family makes here too, bananas, oranges, orchids, liquor. The lunch we did afterwards wasn't bad, but also wasn't special at all. We had beef goulash, french fries, and some rice--not especially Colombian in nature.

The drive to Fusagasuga is about 2 hours and can take more depending on traffic. We did this on a Friday. The drive was nice with greenery all around. Julian who did the coffee tour was wonderful Passionate about his job and a great personality overall. Here are things that can be better on this tour given the price tag. Other than the driver, we had a young lady by the name of Camilla drive with us. Given the long drive, my friend and I would have appreciated to ride with someone who had some local knowledge of Bogota and Colombia. This young lady happened to just return to Colombia recently and could not answer many of the basic questions we had regarding different neighborhoods, local economy etc. The restaurant included in this tour was absolutely awful. Not many options and it felt like fast food place with flavorless food. The restaurant was completely empty at lunch time. This was our first meal in Colombia so you can imagine the disappointment.

Over priced given the real prices in Colombia, but the tour itself was good with a great guide to take me through the coffee plantation and the guide assigned with the driver - both very nice. I wonder what the cost would be if you booked a driver to take you to the same place maybe 100 cheaper.

It is a long way from Bogota, the place is beautiful and the tour is very interesting, but still its more driving than the actual tour. The car was not very comfortable since we were four people a bit tight, at the end of the tour they offered us a cup of coffe, since the tour includes lunch we thaught it would be at the hacienda, but they took us to a restaurant and to be honest the food was not good, we ordered different things and none of us liked it, we couldnt even finish our plates. The driver was not as knowledgable as we expected, we asked if we could stop for coconut ice cream reccomended by someone and he didnt know where it was and took us to a place where they served desserts didnt like those either. The best parte was the beautiful hacienda, and the worst the drive and food.
