Day 1


Welcome to Estonia. Upon arrival you'll be met and transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the city. Later, in the afternoon, a welcome meeting will take place in the lobby of the hotel.

Day 2

Tallinn Old Town

Today, we head out to discover the incredible old town of Tallinn. The mixture of tranquil medieval architecture and modern urban life is very evident in the bustling Estonian capital. Our sightseeing tour this morning takes us past some incredible buildings whilst we learn about the history, culture and people of the city. We'll pass Toompea Castle, Dome Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the medieval Old Town Hall and finally the Great Guild Hall.

This afternoon you'll have a chance to join an optional tour to the beautiful Kadriorg Park, with sculpted gardens and exquisite buildings it's a delightful place to wander in. The next stop on this tour is the KUMU art museum, located within the park, home to an impressive collection of classic and contemporary fine art.

This evening offers an optional medieval dinner Restaurant Maikrahv.

Day 3

Tallinn to Helsinki

Tallinn - Helsinki. Today offers free time for you to explore Tallinn further. Perhaps you might wish to take a wander through the old town, enjoy a coffee at one of the many fantastic cafes or stimulate the mind in a art gallery or at a museum.

Alternatively, an optional tour to the magnificent Lahemaa National Park is offered today. Covering 725 square kilometres, this national park offers a calm and relaxed environment for those looking to get out of the city. The tour will visit Palmse Manor, a memorial to the Von Pahlen family, as well as Sagadi Manor. The tour will end with a visit to the charming 16th century Vihula Manor and the chance to learn about a favourite drink of the region, Vodka, at the Vodka Museum.

This afternoon the group will come together and make our way to Helsinki port to board our ferry across the Gulf of Finland to Helsinki. The journey across the water will giving some stunning views as you pass by the many small islands that dot the coast. Upon arrival in to Helsinki a transfer will be waiting to take us to our hotel.

Day 4


A culturally and historically diverse city, Helsinki draws influences from both Eastern and Western Europe. The green and lively Finnish capital is home to 1.4 million people and marches to a wonderful beat of unique design, architecture and food. Our tour this morning takes us along the harbour front and into the Senate Square where we'll see the outstanding Lutheran Cathedral taking prime position. We'll continue through the city and along Mannerheim Street, passing by the Parliament Building, Finlandia Hall and the Sibelius Monument. We'll end our tour with a visit to the impressive Church in the Rock, this architectural wonder has been cut straight from the rock and many concerts are held here due to the incredible acoustics.

The afternoon offers an optional excursion to Suomenlinna Fortress, a cultural treasure with construction starting in the 18th century as a sea fortress.

Day 5

Vyborg and St Petes

We depart Helsinki today and make our way along the coast to the Russian border. Crossing into the largest country in the world, we make our way to the small city of Vyborg. Boasting a gripping history that has seen control of the city change between countries a number of times, we'll enjoy a short tour of the highlights including a stop at Vyborg Castle, a beautiful fortification surrounded by water.

We continue on to St Petersburg, arriving in the late afternoon.

Day 6

St Petersburg

This morning we explore the majestic city of St Petersburg. Showcasing the finest of Russia's history, you'll find imperial palaces, incredible museums and outstanding gardens, whilst the Neva River and the many canals that run through the city have led to St Petersburg being titled the Venice of the North. This morning we'll enjoy a sightseeing tour that will take us to the Peter-Paul Fortress, the Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Church of the Bleeding Saviour as well as the Nevsky Convent.

This afternoon offers an optional excursion to Zarskoye Selo with a visit to the impressive Catherine Palace. This evening you'll have the opportunity to join an optional visit to Nikolaevsky Palace to enjoy a Russian Folklore show.

Day 7

St Petersburg

Today offers free time to explore the sublime city of St. Petersburg at leisure.

Alternatively, you can join an optional tour to Peterhof palace, commissioned by Peter the Great as a direct response to the Palace of Versailles, it's grandeur and glory are clear to see for all that visit.

This afternoon, an optional visit to the world-famous Hermitage Art Museum is offered. In the evening enjoy an optional Russian dinner at Restaurant Pryanosti & Radosti.

Day 8

St Petersburg

Today marks the end of your amazing trip through three incredible countries. A departure transfer will be provided to take you to the airport for your onward flight.
