We have a wonderful time, Angie was fantastic! Definitely can depend on the other people who end up in your group, but luckily we had a nice bunch. I would absolutely recommend this tour - great value for the cost!

Great tour - small group tour leaving from Bordeaux City Center takes you to 3 different wineries with informative sessions and wine tasting experiences. There is an opportunity to purchase wine but no pressure to buy. Great learning opportunity and it was fun to taste the different wines! Also, there was an opportunity to have lunch on your own in a small seaside town which was quiet, friendly, and beautiful. Our tour guide Morgane was fantastic - very friendly and very knowledgeable.

She is the best plenty of admirable knowledge. How can we contact her? We are the couple from Miami.

My wife and I spent 3 days in Bordeaux and booked this tour to see the left bank wineries and wines of Bordeaux. We had a wonderful time on the tour driving past many of the famous Chateaus of the region and made 3 stops at 3 very different wineries which gave us an idea of the different variety in the area. One of the three visits wasn't very enjoyable but the other two made up for them! Plus we had time to stop for lunch in Saint Julien which was enjoyable. Our tour guide Lea was knowledge, friendly and did a great job showing us as much of the region in one day. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour!

Three very different operations. All interesting and informative. Guide had good English and excellent knowledge and personality

We were 5 people on tour with a really great host - Lea. The journey in the Mercedes van was comfortable, the three wineries most informative and all complimented by Lea’s knowledge and enthusiasm. We enjoyed our day, it wasn’t rushed allows for as much as we needed.

Just what we hoped for, our guide Karim was extremely good. Information flowed, he showed us various interesting non wine sites on route and kept us awake after the wine tasting with a challenging quiz. All the Chateau wine guides were excellent but special mention to Alice at Chateau La Grange. If you have a free day to do this do not hesitate if you are interested in wine, history or fellow imbibers .

Jerome took us to three chateaux in the Medoc region. Two of the three were 1855 Grand Cru Classe and the third also produced excellent wines, but was newer. Lunch in Pauillac was delicious and the entire excursion exposed us to great wines with explanations of how they were made and how their terrors make them great. Thank you

A really fantastic tour with a great mix of different wineries and wines. The whole experience was extremely smooth and well organised.

Everything about the tour was fantastic -- small group (just my family of four + another wonderful couple), relaxed pace, and a brilliant guide (Bruno was charming, funny, sweet, and very knowledgable). The three chateaux were very different, and the guides at each of them were wonderful too. I would definitely recommend this tour!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Medoc Wine Tour. Our guide Jerome was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We were taken to three different wineries and the combination of the three with their own unique attributes and characteristics provided us with an excellent overview of the nature of the wines in this region. We were completely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring this region's wines.

Definitely would do again---our tour guide was wonderful and we visited three wineries of all different classes. Excellent overview of the region.

Matt was a wonderful guide! We learned so much of the history of the region as well as of the wines and wine making. We visited some beautiful Chateaux and tasted great wines. A long day but well spent.

Our guide Simon was excellent. He met our group of 8 people at the assigned location and drove us to 3 different chateaus. Everything was completely streamlined and interesting. Each chateau was a bit different and Simon was careful to assure that we didn't keep hearing the same thing at each stop. Our lunch stop was comfortable and even though it was on a Sunday and many restaurants weren't open, Simon was able to give personal recommendations for several great places to eat. We had a bit of extra time after lunch so we were able to make an interesting stop to see some beautiful views. We have had good luck with all of our Viator experiences. The full day Wine tour did not disappoint!

We were excited at the prospect of visiting several famous Chateaux, and as well as enjoying the ambience, trying their wonderful wines. Having our guide named Luigi, meant that Mario Brothers were on the road for the day. His insightful stories and explanations meant we had a full day of immersion in the Medoc

Denis picked us up at the Bordeaux Visitor Center..He showed us a map of the area we were going to experience and gave us a history of wine making in the Medoc Region, explaining how soil , precipitation , and other factors contribute to the flavor of the wine. We enjoyed a lovely day touring 3 Chateaux and learning about modern wine making...stainless steel containers, control rooms, barrels used for only 3 years etc. He pointed out other famous chateaux including Lafitte Rothschild, which thrilled my travel companion. ..and made an extra stop for a wonderful photo op. 5 star all around

This is an excellent tour. I cannot rate the company nor the guide high enough. The guide Alan was fantastic. He was the best guide we had in all of France. It was suppose to be a group tour be we were the only two who showed up. The guide chose a fabulous place for lunch and put that extra personal touch on all the wineries we visited.

I would highly recommend this tour. There were only four of us on the tour, and our guide Sarah was wonderful--friendly and knowledgeable. We visited three vineyards and tasted some very good wines. My wife and I both like wine, but I'm more of a wine buff than she is. Nevertheless, she enjoyed it as well. If you're not familiar with the system of Bordeaux wine classifications, this tour is a good introduction, and also becomes a helpful guide to understanding what's on the shelves of your local wine store.
