We are in our 50s and booked this tour months in advance while planning our 2 day port visit to Bordeaux. The office was a very short walk from the port. We were paired with 3 other couples and transported to St Emillion by van, which was very comfortable. Our guide, Hugo, was very knowledgeable and fun. Upon arrival at the first chateau we mounted our bikes and off we went through the French countryside at a nice leisurely pace. We ran into some rain but were provided with ponchos and it did no impact our amazing day. We toured a couple wineries before our outstanding lunch. After our meal we headed into the village of St emillion and learned some history of the area and had some free time before jumping back on our bikes and resuming our winery tours. This was a fantastic and full day. It will likely be the highlight of our vacation. This tour was much more than expected and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Hugo for these lifetime memories

We were collected by minibus in Bordeaux. About 1 hour drive to beautiful St Emilion. Drive to chateau to collect bikes; 15 min ride to the town. Walking tour of ramparts, square and streets. Ride back to chateau for excellent outside lunch in garden with wine tasting. It started to rain so after a wine senses quiz we ditched bikes and went by mini bus to second chateau for wine making tour and more wine tasting. Back by mimi bus to Bordeaux for around 7pm.

We just had a great full-day cycle tour around St Emilion with our knowledgeable Aussie guide Hugo of the Bordovino company. Nice drive from Bordeaux, then cycling the country side, walking around St Emilion, followed by a great lunch and grand-cru classe wines at the chateau Cote de Baleau from Marie-France. After lunch another enjoyable cycle tour around the St Emilion and Pomerol region, passing legendary estates such as Petrus and Le Cheval blanc, and visiting another chateau for a tour and wine tastings and enjoying the multi-culti group we were in. Cycling was easy and on traditional bikes with plenty of gears, no battery needed. The weather was superb and this was the highlght of our three-day visit to the region. We were like a box of birds!

We really enjoyed our day on the bikes traveling through the grape fields and in to St Emilion with Jerome as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The day was amazing! Shout out to Jerome’s Mom - you raised a great son!

This was a wonderful bike tour of two great wineries as well as a small, but beautiful, village. This was an easy bike ride with lots of rest, their are no steep, or even slightly steep, hills to ride. The bikes are geared so there is no need to walk your bike, I must say you do need know how to ride a bike, but the riding is easy. Our group had seven people which seemed to work out great, our guide stopped at a number of different grape orchards and explained about the different varieties of wine grown in the region we visited and the various classifications. The two wineries we stopped at were wonderful, each having great wines to taste. The lunch was great and set up on the grass underneath shade trees at a winery. This is a great wine tour to go on, easy riding, wonderful wineries and lunch plus very knowledgable guides!! Book it, you'll be glad you did!!

This tour was something we all were really looking forward to and the day arrived and it was raining, not just raining but pouring! We still went in the hopes it would lighten up which it didn't and it was still fun. Claire was such a lovely and knowledgeable guide. The vineyards were stunning and the lunch was amazing. We had to shorten the bike ride but still toured St. Emilion and enjoyed the tastings

This trip meet all our expectations and more. Gwen was a very knowledgeable, fun and friendly guide who quickly established a rapport with the group. Each Château guide was also knowledgeable, approachable and made us feel very welcome. We had lunch in such a beautiful setting with a very tasty five course meal served with two different wines from the Château. The tour was well paced and allowed people to stop for photos, gelato and an end of group drink. We appreciated the small group size and the personalised manner in the way the tour was led.

We really enjoyed the bike tour, the chateaux and chais visits and the walk at the gorgeous village of St Emilion. Our guide Yan is nice and knowledgeable. Chateau Siurac is amazing and the lunch in the garden was just perfect. We learn a lot about wine and the region. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I took this tour and absolutely loved it! For an adventure to the countryside, none could be better. While we are not cyclists, we managed the nine miles well. Our guide was knowledgeable and most helpful the Chateaus beautiful. We did not know much about wine, but learned much on this most enjoyable ride through the French countryside. If you are looking for a day in the country, this is a great way to spend it. Wonderful company and guides!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this tour! We got there very early to make sure everything was in order and were greeted by extremely friendly staff who assured us that we were definitely good to go. From there, the guide handled everything very well, even all of the little mishaps along the first few minutes of the bike ride. The chateaux were gorgeous, the vineyards were amazingly beautiful with the fall colors, lunch was absolutely delicious, and the wines were very enjoyable we bought two bottles afterward. We took a stroll through the small, medieval town after all of that and then got restaurant and wine bar recommendations on the way home. All around, it was an absolutely delightful excursion and my favorite part of my 2 week trip to France. Even my husband agrees, and he can be a tough guy to please! Bordovino is the best!
