Wow, what a great way to see windmills, how cheese, stroopwaffle and clogs are made. Stef and his wife and team made the trip amazing. Stefs piano and songs and his wife’s stories of the land made this a wonderful and well priced trip!

We had such a great time. When we were at Zaanse Schans we toured the lumber mill. Tools some fabulous photos. The Cheese Factory in Volendam was fun and the cheese was fabulous, we were able to buy some that we could bring back to the states. Marken was great, we wished we had room for clogs. Ian, Roy and Driver William.. thank you for an awesome tour!

Fantastic tour! I had to book this trip when the full day was cancelled and I’m so glad I ended up here. You spend enough time at each spot to enjoy but not too long. Daniella was our main tour guide. Great information. Highly recommend

Great tour. Steph was a great driver. Played piano during breaks. The windmills, wooden shoe cobbler stroopwaffle and cheese factory demos were fun and interesting. Well worth the time and money. Saw a lot in a half a day.

It was super impressive to learn how a windmill works, how to make stroopwafels, wooden shoes, and cheese. The Netherlands is a beautiful country!
• Submitted 03 Dec 2019
It was great to have a break from the city, learn a bit about cheese, clogs and stroop waffles. The windmill visit was just great though the large group made it a bit difficult to see the full demonstration.

The time limit at the towns was a little bit less and we felt a bit rushed and overall the guide Donna spoke in Spanish and we felt a bit left out. Other than that we had great weather so we enjoyed it.

This was our first visit to Holland and we had limited time in Amsterdam. So, this trip was great to cover the basics of Holland. We went in November, so the weather was unpredictable. We were happy with the itenary.

Had an amazing tour with Wilson, Roy and Nick as part of the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” Wilson made it fun, and all the stops were educational. Overall one of the best excursions

The tour was excellent and well planned. No wasted time. The demonstrations and food tasting was fun. Our guides were wonderful and informative. I highly recommend this tour!

The staff was very nice. The places we went to were great. The free time mixed with the agenda was perfect. My only suggestion would be, on the way back from this long day, a little Silence would have been nice. The description of things in three languages gets rough.

See lots, Wiandmills, cheese making, waffle cookies, and wooden shoe factory. Fishing village with ample shopping opportunities. Full tour with not much free time. Good tour woverall. Some walking involved.

Was a great trip and well worth it. Driver was good and guide great and full of information. Bus seats very comfy with plenty of room. And much better size for the full day tour I did to Bruges.

I considered hopping a train to visit the windmills but am glad that I chose this excursion instead. Saw more than I would have on my own and learned a great detail from a wel-informed, articulate guide with a wry sense of humour. Be prepared for a manageable amount fast-paced walking. I am a senior and I kept up but some did not and the guide waited for no one.

Very interesting day. I would recommend it! The wooden shoe maker was entertaining, as well as educational. The windmill was amazing!

Had a lot of interesting areas/sites to visit in one tour. Guide was good but had limited contact with because of the size of the group. Lunch was arranged well with a restaurant that was able to give quick service. The stops/demonstrations of cheese and stroopwafel making were very enjoyable. The wooden shoe demonstration was a waste of time. It consisted of watching 2 machines shaping the shoes. There could have been a lot of information shared about the shoes but was not. The guy doing the demonstration seemed more interested in directing us to the store and then out the door so he could close.

This is a very long, but extremely well done tour. The drive was smooth, and the guide was very skilled. She had a great deal of knowledge about all the locations, and did a fantastic job of both informing and organizing the group. We got just enough time at each location to thoroughly experience it. My wife and I agree: highly recommended.

I am not kidding! This dynamic guide and driver duo was the best tour we have ever had in her life. Steve the rock (Estev) and Sandra were fabulous. Steve, the driver entertained the bus with amazing piano music which he had installed a piano somehow in the bus, singing, special musical treats. He was helping people carry their bags, waving from the dock, interacting with everyone, Asking how we enjoyed everything, showing additional videos, and being so friendly. Incredible! Sandra was in excellent bilingual tour guide with amazing knowledge, friendly, never tiring, and we learned so much. If I was in Amsterdam more time I would take any tour this duo gave. Wonderful company! Thank you so much. Even the pick up from the hotel was unbelievable
