Jesus was an awesome host and instructor, From shopping in the market, the walk back to his studio, everything was amazing! I recommend the class to everyone that wants to experience a little bit of Cusco cuisine!

Loved this cooking class with Jesus! We were lucky enough to have a private class at 9am. Jesus was a great guide through the local market (which would have been overwhelming and confusing without him) and he gave great cooking tips and tricks while teaching us how to cook traditional Peruvian dishes. He also gave great information about Cusco, Peru, and had entertaining stories. Would do it again in a minute!

The cooking class was exceptional!! It was easy to meet our instructor in a busy market!! Getting a tour of the market was fantastic. Making and drinking Pisco sours was a highlight. The food was exceptional. There was a perfect blend of cooking and preparing and prepared food. I learned that I love ceviche!! I would highly recommend this cooking class!!

We really enjoyed the food, and chef Jesus is great! If you come to Cuzco, you must have this class in your itinerary...

My daughter and I had a wonderful time with Jesus. He took us to San Pedro Market and showed us around the market while he bought food for our cooking class. Then we walked back to his cooking studio and we made Pisco Sours, three kinds of ceviche, quinoa tamales with cheese, potatoes and vegetables and this amazing dessert with lucama and cherimoya. It was my daughter's favorite part of all of Peru!

This was fun, but the description doesn't encompass everything.

Incredible! Great tour of the market with samples of local eats. The food recipes were easy to follow and delicious! I look forward to recreating they at home for friends and family. Coveted everything from a classic take on a Pisco cocktail to local fruit dessert. The best class I’ve taken abroad.

Chef Christian was by far one of the coolest people I met in this trip. Our first stop was el Mercado San Pedro, Cuscos main market. A must visit if you are curious how locals get their groceries and other goods! Then we prepared multiple Peruvian dishes with the ingredients we got at el Mercado San Pedro. Such as, Ceviches, tiraditos etc.

Easily one of my favorite things I did in Cusco!!

Had a wonderful time!

Great experience. Tour and chef itself was great. Only negative side was from Viator, since online it says that Lomo Saltado would be main dish for dinner and cerviche for lunch. I booked dinner and we prepared cerviche instead of Lomo Saltado. It tasted great and was fun including chatting with the other couple in our class, but mildly annoyed regarding Viator's false advertising.

This was an excellent experience. All of the dishes we prepared were recognizable on menus the rest of our stay in Peru. Highly recommended way to start your stay in Cusco after long travels.

Awesome experience in Cusco. Started the tour at the San Pedro market with the chef and then off to the cullinary kitchen for a great meal. Just the two of us with the chef, wenhad an awesome time making ceviche, aji gallina, pisco sour, etc. Great experience and would recommend it to everyone if you have half a day available. Lots of food so don't eat anytime before the class!

We had an amazing time walking with Chef Ingrid through the San Pedro Market while she guided us on a delightful culinary tour of Peru. We learned about the different foods local to Peru as well as sampled some of their exotic fruits, which were all delicious! We also did an infused Pisco tasting. Watch out if you pick picante! : You will be amazed and possibly also surprised if you cook like me at how easy and fun it is to prepare local Peruvian dishes not to mention make the classic Pisco Sour! We had so much fun and Ingrid was a fabulous teacher. A Must-Do in Cusco!

We wanted to say THANK YOU to Ingrid for an amazing experience and fun time learning about Cusco, the markets and the cooking adventure. We loved the personalized attention and the cooking facility was great. All the meals prepared were so good and it felt so personal.

The chef was great and very likeable and the time in the market was fun. Unfortunately I found this tour to be too long. From start to finish, it was about 5 hours and most of the time was spent making a pisco sour and ceviche. The ceviche was frozen. I did not feel like we learned any real cooking techniques that we could take back home. The chef seemed to do the majority of the techniques while we we just stirrers and slicers. By the time it was over, we were soooo ready to bounce. The picture in the ad for this was nothing like what we made. We also don't know what happened to all the extra food.
