We used the tour bus for a 2 day ticket and I have to say this is a very good tour bus. Friendly staff and nice clean vehicles. Very highly recommended.

Great way to see the sights with out the pressure. Very relaxing just getting on and off where ever you like on the 2 routes

We always like to take one of these tours whatever city we're in, they're a good way to see the sights and plan what you'd like to visit, well worth it.

We didn't try this tour until our third day in town, but we wished we had done it from the start. A two-day hop-on/hop-off bus tour for 35 euros each (senior rate) is a good value; there is so much to see in Barcelona, and the bus takes you past most of it so you can note places you'd like to revisit and spend more time. The drivers were amazingly good in tight traffic.

The hop-on hop-off tour is the best way to experience the flavor of the city. Just be sure if you purchase ahead of time that you determine where you can exchange the voucher. Sometimes you have to go to a specific address or sometimes you can hop on at any bus stop.

The bus tour was very easy and very enjoyable. There were 3 different routes which we only took 2, but they were great.
• Submitted 08 Nov 2019
Best way to get around if you can do the both long routes route then decide what you want to see then go again or do next day I suggest 2 day ticket if you have time

Great service! Buses available with very little wait time! Information center was not as helpful as the drivers and attendants on the bus when we had questions, skip the info center and go directly to the driver or attendant!

I have found the best way to kick-start a trip (especially as a woman traveling solo), is to take advantage of the hop-on-hop-off bus tours. i have never been disappointed with this approach. This was my second time on the Barcelona hop-on-hop-off bus when I was in Barcelona about two years ago. Riding the bus helped remind me of sites i enjoyed and want to view more specifically and places I didn't have time to see the last time I was in the city. I did book other viator trips later in my trip, to see places outside of Barcelona city, as well as some foodie walking tours locally. But definitely, start with the hop-on-hop off bus, great value and orients you to the city. Another favorite strategy I use in any city is taking a bike tour. If you are taking a city bike tour, they go over flat areas and stop to either try different foods or discover history. If the area has hills included, most vendors use electric bikes. I was reluctant to try the first one, but after I did I was hooked.

The best way to see a new city. Hop on then hop off what ever place one needs to explore more. Just be mindful of the stops, you might miss your destination.
• Submitted 10 Oct 2019
Great way to get to know the city - informative audio along the route to listen to. Three different routes one can take and one can link between them too.
• Submitted 02 Oct 2019
It was a great tour to get to know the city and important places for you to know. I highly recommend for the first timers in Barcelona.
• Submitted 30 Sep 2019
Easy to access the bus at any stop. best way to get around, always space and not too long of a wait between stops
• Submitted 24 Sep 2019
I would definitely recommend this tour. Well worth the price. Bus runs every couple minutes. Can stop at a sight you want to see and get back on. We had a 2 day pass. Spent the first day seeing the city and the 2nd day stopping at places we wanted to see.

The bus is a very inexpensive and convenient way to see Barcelona. The audio is very informative. You can get on and off as you please. The multiple routes offer a chance to see the whole city. Would use them again for sure.

The tour was great and informative. The bus was clean. There was no long wait. The tour guides are all helpful and professional.

Great tour and excellent way to see the sites; mulitiple routes to take and enjoyable. My only complaint is that many audio jacks were not operative, please fix/replace.

The hop on hop off bus tour consists of multiple routes, the red, blue and green route. To complete them all would take you all day so a 1 day pass isn't really suitable if you want to hop on and off through out. We bought the one day pass and only completed one route unfortunately (we did stop throughout the tour). It's great to get an overall view of the city and go places you might not have originally thought to go to. It's an open top and there is aircon in the downstairs part which might help on a hot day.

This is a high recommended tour if you want to have a nice view of Barcelona. 3 routes with a lot of buses so you don't need to wait long to catch one.
• Submitted 07 Aug 2019
Great value for money. Literally hop on and off when you see something you want to explore further. Good commentary. Buses were very frequent so didn't have to wait long if you did get off.
• Submitted 05 Aug 2019
IT was good. Busses were very full but all in all it was a good experience. The locations that it took you to were great.
• Submitted 05 Aug 2019
An excellent way to see the majority of sights in Barcelona. We did all three routes and then decided what sites we wished to explore further.
• Submitted 05 Aug 2019
This was a very worthwhile tour attraction that takes you all around the city of Barcelona with options to get off of the bus and explore various locations and landmarks
• Submitted 29 Jul 2019
I always buy the inexpensive two-day ticket for the "Big Bus" whenever in a new city. Barcelona stretches for miles so the bus really was a perfect way to see all that was available, as well as just sit on the top deck and marvel at the Spanish architecture, as well as the urban 'busy-ness' of the city. It was wonderfully easy to hop off, head to a museum or whatever, and then know that another bus would be along sooner than later to take me to another adventure.
