It was an an amazing tour to Washington DC. Everything ran like clockwork and was well planned. The tour guide was Jonathan was very knowledgeable and shared the rich history of American Independence, the founding fathers, the civil war, Arlington and Washington DC. It was an awesome tour and enjoyed by the whole family.

It is a big day, lots to see so an early start and late finish. For hubby and I this was the perfect 'whistle stop' tour of all the important and historic places that DC has to offer. Our guide had amazing knowledge as she conversed in both English and German. Just the right amount of information. Pick up and drop off was easy and there were stops for refreshments. Highly recommend.

The day trip was pleasant and cheerful. We saw the highlights you need to see in Washington DC. We had enough time to take our pictures. The drivers/guides were friendly.

well organised and the guide gave a lot of interesting information. Despite of raining cats and dogs (which of course is beyond the control of the organizer :-) ) the trip was worth to do !

Very long day, plus 1.5 hr traffic accident delay, but still well worth it. Guide Bruno excellent in explaining times, history and current data. Would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and especially our tour guide, Bruno. He was very knowledgeable and shared helpful tips with us. Keeping a large group of diverse people together for 14 hours (encountered an accident which delayed our trip) was a challenge in itself. Saw everything we hoped to see.

This tour was a perfect snapshot of Washington, facilitated by the tour guide (Ben - Freelance Tour Guide) who was outstanding! His knowledge was impressive and he really made the day! The bus drivers were very safe with the journey both ways comfortable and uneventful. We were lucky with our tour guide and very happy with the day overall. We will use this company again based on the experience.

Long day but well worth it. Both drivers and tour guides were very good. The day was running behind so only had half hour at the Arlington Cemetary. All other sites were covered with plenty of time to spare

Fantastic trip, saw all the highlights of Washington and had plenty of time to see what we wanted to see

The trip to WASHINGTON DC, was fantastic (the trip - yes) Washington is a fantastic tourist HOTSPOT. would definitely recommend it, BAD POINT came from the bus and boarding chaos at New York Visitor Centre on 8th avenue....walking distance from visitor centre to bus boarding is distant, Buses not properly Identified as to which actual Tour they are intended for, TOUR GUIDES,, especially our 1, was of German decent, and our tour party consisted of English,Spanish and German locals....whereapon he purposely put his COUNTRYMEN and WOMEN on the right hand seating of the bus....and the remainder of us on the left for our transit from New York to Washington DC...only 1 hour into a 7 hour journey to washington did I realise that everything of interest on the journey to washington was Quote ' IF YOU LOOK OUT THE RIGHT WINDOW......followed by ' ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AS WE TRAVEL you will see this that and the other....subsequently all the German nationals got the perfect camera photo as we drove past significant landmarks...and those of us on the LEFT side of the bus had to 'Duck and Swerve' in order to take a fleeting picture of the Back's of Heads of opposite tourists and Seating Headrests''''''' SO favourtism with particular Tour guides was abundantly clear.....so if you are going to visit WASHINGTON DC, with a VIATOR voucher its the BEST IDEA, as you wont have to Q for ages to get a ticket....BUT WATCH AND LISTEN OUT FOR YOUR TOUR GUIDE....and ours was 'BRUNO' ....my least favourite and untipped guide.......2 days after that we went to NIAGARA FALLS for the 2 day visit - using same visitor centre on 8th Avenue New York...with Eddy....and he was BRILLIANT. All in All we had a fantastic 2 week break in NEW YORK......USA ROCKS......10/10

Brian, our operatic singing tour leader, very knowledgeable and entertaining! He brought history to life and the day was well paced. If you are short on time, this tour is a must.

Brian was a wonderful tour guide so much knowledge and charisma. The government shutdown was on so we didn't get to see everything. But still an enjoyable day.

Left NYC at 7am and returned at 9pm, and had a great experience seeing all of the major historical sights in DC. Our guide, Jonathan, was informative, interesting and did a great job keeping us on track. He shared many historical facts as we traveled. I would definitely recommend this trip if you only have 1 day to visit DC.

I did this tour during a week long trip to NYC. This was a very long day as I was at the Gray Line Visitor Centre at about 6:15am. My hotel was only a few minutes walk so that helped. A representative came and directed me where to wait. The tour leader seemed very knowledgeable and was quite engaging. We did have some rest stops along the way. Overall got to see the main places, such as Arlington cemetery, the White House, Capitol Hill. Also passed through a number of states such as Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland on the way. One thing is that it did rain heavily in DC for a couple of hours. On the way back I got a great view of the Manhattan skyline at night. I got back to NYC at approximately 10pm. Overall this trip is definitely worth doing.
