Day 1 - Welcome

Reykjavik. Welcome to Iceland and the start of your Northern Lights adventure! Your transfer to your accommodation is by Flybus shuttle. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Overnight: Reykjavik

Day 2 - Golden Circle & Viking Dinner

Reykjavik - Thingvellir National Park - Gullfoss - Reykjavik. Embark on a scenic journey to Þingvellir (Thingvellir) National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to Iceland's ancient Alþingi parliament.

Witness the Mid-Atlantic rift, a visible symbol of Iceland's geological forces. Move on to the breathtaking Gullfoss waterfall and the active geothermal area of Haukadalur, where Strokkur geyser bursts water life every few minutes.

Conclude the day with a step back in time at Ingólfsskáli Viking Restaurant, offering an authentic Icelandic dinner immersed in Viking history and traditions. As the day ends, keep an eye out for the elusive Northern Lights dancing over Faxaflói Bay.

Day 3 - City Tour & New Years Eve

Happy New Year's Eve! Explore Reykjavík's highlights on a guided city tour, taking in its iconic sites and landmarks. Admire the city's center, the Parliamentary grounds, the harbour, and Hallgrímskirkja church. Passing the renowned Harpa concert hall, our journey leads to the Pearl, a building offering unparalleled views.

Later, immerse yourself in the city's festive spirit on a walking tour, discovering Icelandic holiday traditions and sampling Christmas treats.

In the evening, enjoy a Gala dinner at Perlan, complete with music, a DJ, and stunning views of Reykjavík. Exclusive access to the observation deck ensures an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration.

Day 4 - The Blue Lagoon

Reykjavik - Reykjanes Peninsula - Blue Lagoon - Reykjavik. Departing from Reykjavik, our adventure leads us through the breathtaking Reykjanes peninsula, renowned for its dramatic seashores, captivating geology, and charming fishing villages.

En route, we'll visit Bessastaðir, the official residence of Iceland's President, and venture to remarkable landmarks like the Bridge between the continents, Gunnuhver hot spring area, Brimketill viewpoint, and the UNESCO Global Geopark lighthouse.

After lunch at the Northern Light Inn restaurant, we'll reach the famed Blue Lagoon—a geothermal oasis amid lava fields, inviting you to enjoy in its mineral-rich, healing waters.

To conclude the day, we'll enjoy a memorable meal at Hereford, an acclaimed and modern Iceland steakhouse.

Day 5 - Reykjavik

Today our Northern Lights Icelandic experience comes to an end with included FlyBus transfer to Keflavik Airport.
