A full, very organised and informative day. Enjoyed all aspects of the trip. Make sure you take water shoes to wear at the Dead Sea as the ground down to the sea is rough and too hot for your feet. Excellent guide. Thoroughly recommend this trip. Good value for money.

Reut, the best guide we had, always customer oriented Just a little bit disapointed by dead sea water, too much mud. Same experience at Cape Verde where sait water is really beautiful But globally, excellent tour

This trip was great. I didn’t know much about Masada beforehand but our guide, Amir, was fascinating and had so much knowledge. He also made adjustments for people in the group, letting them wander round on their own if they had difficulty keeping up with the group. There are quite a few steps but there are places to sit in various locations around the site if you have mobility issues. The cable cars up tend to be very busy and there aren’t many places to sit, though that probably depends on the time of year. However it’s a great view on the way up and there are stunning views from all around when you’re up there. The Dead Sea was really good fun - I was advised in advance to cover up any cuts etc with waterproof plasters as otherwise they can sting. I advise you to take your own towel and also the changing rooms have a lot of mud and salt trailed in on the floor so you may want to bring something to clean this off after the showers. The lockers work via credit card but bear in mind you can only open them again once or you have to pay again. There is apparently a cart to take you down to the beach if you have mobility issues. I managed to miss this and it is quite a long walk down to the beach and a lot of steps. I tried to locate the carts for the way back up but couldn’t see anything. There are various chairs around the shoreline where you can leave your towels, although I wouldn’t recommend leaving personal items unless they’re inexpensive. You could have about half an hour or so in the sea depending on how quick you are to get in or out but that was enough for me and I really enjoyed the experience. The guide leaves you alone during this section of the tour. You do stop at a shop along the way with Dead Sea merchandise and there is also more you can buy at the actual location, plus as part of the tour you get a demonstration of a few products. Overall this was an excellent tour and I’m so glad I did it.

I like the whole Journey from traveling to the west and passing from far the Jericho city all the way along Dead Sea and up to Masada. It was quite hot but Inna our tour guide explained every details of the area in Masada. After that spent our afternoon at Kalia Beach. Nice experience. Well done.

Tour very well organised with buses. But most important, the tour guide was knowledgeable, a bit of humor, and A LOT of organisation. Itamar B was the man. Despite being extremely hot, we covered Masada well with lots of information. The Dead Sea is something to experience .

Really great tour and guide! Guide was exert driver and navigator who made sure we got the full experience of both Masada and Dead Sea. He also took the time to orient the grip to many of the other sites along the road as we traveled and did a great job explaining how geography, topography and history played a role in all of the sites we saw. Would highly recommend tours with this company. We had nothing but great experiences!

Tour guide Daniel’s lead Is good. Bus is good. Overall it was very good. But it is better that the bus should provide wifi service. The bus printed Wifi mark on the bus design.

Zvika and the folks at Bien Harim were AMAZING!!! Informative, fun and friendly. We covered a LOT of ground and Zvika never lost his smile, even when someone lost their backpack and there was a delay. Comfortable bus, knowledge host and a great journey. Five out of five.

They took my booking and made my excursion still happen with only hours of notice after my other tour cancelled on me in the middle of the night. I would recommend this tour! Pack sandals for the Dead Sea. The ground is hot and the floors at the changing rooms are a bit wet.

I appreciate the organization of this tour. We were picked up as scheduled and brought to a park near Tel Aviv from where we took another minibus to Dead Sea. Some passengers got out there to enjoy the sea all day, while the others after a short stop at dead sea cosmetic producer facility went to the Masada. The guide narrated the sights all the way. Massada is amazing, indeed not much to see, but the story of the place, the ancient roman camps and the view is amazing. After Massada we had about 2 hours to swim in the Dead Sea at Kalia Beach (West Bank). We felt safe all the way, so don't worry about leaving the 'official' Israel, I felt safer than anywhere else. The bus has phone charger.

Lorne (our guide) is the best!!! It was probably the bussiest day of the year for visiting Masada, but Lorne kept it together and did his best avoiding the crowds, giving us a good experience. Dead Sea was a lot of fun!

Well organized, brilliant guide with lots of interesting info makes all the difference. The Dead Sea Kalia beach was quite crowded maybe an alternative beach could be arranged?

Tour Guide Loren gave our tour group a fantastic day touring Masada and the Dead Sea. His nearly non-stop commentary was terrific and brought the old to the modern day and back again for a truly unique historical perspective of both destinations. He also added great local color to the places we passed on the way out, around and back again. What we enjoyed the most was his willingness to address our personal questions each tour guest received his undivided personal attention. You just cannot ask for more than that. Highly recommended. - Gary and Susan c.

We had a great day seeing Masada in great detail and a relaxing time in the Dead Sea, I would have liked to spend more of the day up Masada and missed the lunch but that is a personnel choice, our guide Issac was full of some great details of both places and added that bit extra to a great day
