Our tour guide was brilliant- without her historical knowledge we would have walked around just looking- she was very knowledgeable and made the experience. Worth noting that you have to pay for a museum ticket when there alongside the tour guide price as this was in the small print. Would recommend with the guide. More about the history of Poland ect and a little about Schindler

Our guides presentation was beautifully presented on Thursday morning. Can't remember her name -sorry. But the balance of facts and figures is just right.

Very interesting tour with a very experienced guide. Too much information to be digested in only one visit.

The guide brought this venue to life. We gained more insight to the events that took place with the guide. I think we would have been a little lost on our own.

Our guide Anna had a knowledge and passion for the subject second to none. The tour covers the atmosphere/events 1939 onwards. Def invest in a tour guide if you are going here as otherwise just series of rooms and photos etc

Easily met up with guide outside the museum. Guide was friendly and told us so many interesting facts that we would not have found or taken in on our own. Definitely recommend this tour.

I had booked a guided tour, but my plane was delayed and I ended up missing my tour. One employee named Carolina was particularly wonderful. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to get in. You were an angel Carolina!

I was not able to book tickets online for the museum entrance, but was able to book last minute a guided tour, entrance fees had to be paid to the guide onsite. I am so glad I booked this tour since I would have missed so much walking on our own through the museum. Although the museum is not really much about Schindler, it provided a good insight of Krakow Jews in WW2. Isabella was our guide during 2 hours, she was very knowledgeable and answered every question with kindness.

I was really satisfied by this guided tour. Our guide Damien narrated the history of not only this place but Krakow at World War II (as this is the focus of the whole exhibition), adding all the little details that make you understand a little better the horrible days that this city and its people went through.

Amazing tour with great tour leader who happened to be from military background. He provided very interesting information about the history so we felt like going through some very interesting lecture class in a museum with him. I knew Oskar Schindler from the Schindler's List movie but you will be surprised to find other sides of the history about this factory and life around Krakow before and after world war 2. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow.

5 Tour! Our tour guide met us at the front of the factory, she was welcoming and very friendly! The tour was fantastic and the tour guide gave us lots of fascinating information which allowed us to understand the real extent, of not just the factory, but the entire history the war, before and after. She was able to answer any questions we had, and went out of her way to help in directing and informing us of where we could visit afterwards. As English visitors, we were able to understand our guide perfectly through the headsets and her English was excellent! I would recommend this tour and company to anyone wanting to see the factory in an in depth way! Though we did not use this company for another tour, I would be confident in booking with them to see and explore somewhere else!

Listening to other people before we went to visit, I was more than happy with our tour as we saw things I did not expect to see. Our tour guide Thomas was very knowledgeable and shared this with us. Thanks

Very good guide Jerry with perfect English, lots of information, small group, you don't learn much if you don't take a guide because there's not much info given in the museum, the guide tells you little bits and pieces. I strongly recommend watching Schindler's List movie beforehand. The museum is set really well.
