“
Edwardo, our guide to Jungfraujoch, was superb. Lots of knowledge, friendly and easy to understand. He handled the large group speaking several languages with ease. But the Jungfraujoch was truly the star of the trip. We had a perfect day, clear blue skies, temperatures in the 1-3C range and a light breeze. For a mid-October day, we could not have wished for more, the views were stunning. Left us overwhelmed. The walk to the snow side was fun as was the Ice Palace walk. The only suggestion is to announce that people can sit anywhere they want on coach on the return trip. Because we got the bus in Lucerne, we rode in the top of the double-decker bus but on the way back found seats on the lower level, easier on our old bodies. But this upset one couple who expected the same seats.”

This day trip was amazing and the staff exceptional! My husband lost his phone out the window on the way down and the staff went above and beyond to find it, which they did. Highly recommend using them.”

“
This was the highlight of our Swiss tour. Our guide Minu was awesome. She was quite informative as well as hilarious as she talked about Swiss culture, people and the various locations of the Bernese Oberland. Though the trip was mostly about travelling through various locations, we enjoyed every scene. Grindlewald and Kleine Scheidegg had awesome views and wish we could have spent more time there. In all it was a tour that one must take when visiting Switzerland.”

“
A great day trip from Luzern or Zurich - even in midwinter we had good luck with the weather as it was brilliant sunshine in the high mountains, and the views were amazing. A well organised tour with Minu as our guide who spoke excellent English and Spanish. Thoroughly recommended.”

“
I took this tour just yesterday, mid December. We were very lucky to get a clear day on the mountain. Minu was our guide and she was excellent. Easy to understand and kept the group together. The air up top is thin so you will most likely feel dizzy. I do recommend this tour! It's beautiful up there”

“
Traveled 6-23-17... We were lucky to have a beautiful day on the mountain. It is a 10 hour trip from Lucerne roundtrip but its worth the ride if the weather is good. The transfers from bus to two train rides was well timed. You're given plenty of time to enjoy exploring the mountain top. Our guides were knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information. On the bus you'll find yourself trying to absorb the landscape while your guide shares details about the terrain and the Swiss culture. The only worry I would have if I were to book again is the weather. Several of our party went to the mountain the following day and couldn't see much at all due to rain and clouds. So if its sunny... expect large crowds. That's when the locals visit the mountain as well.”

“
Excellent. This tour was definitely one of the hi-lights of my trip to Switzerland. On the day we departed from Lucerne, I was disappointed because the weather was not so great as we got closer to the mountains. It was cloudy, rainy and as the tour bus headed up the mountains it even started to snow. I thought we would get up to the top of Jungfraujoch and see nothing...and I was so looking forward to the view. As we took the cogwheel train up the mountains the sun was up there somewhere, I was just hoping it would try to peek out. The view on the train ride up was still gorgeous even though it was cloudy and dismal outside. However at some point when we made it to the top of the mountain through the tunnels and came out all of a sudden it was gorgeous blue skies, full sun, no clouds, and the scenery was breathtaking. We could see the clouds below us. I was so happy and really took time to enjoy soak it all in. You cannot predict the weather when booking tours in advance obviously...but you just never know what you will get. Even on a bad weather day below....it was 100 different weather up top. Awesome experience....highly recommend it :”

This was a great experience and wonderful tour. Views were breathtaking, and tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Tip though-make sure to hydrate well. The height can play havoc with you if you don't”

Fantastic tour to the top of Europe! Wonderful views of the alps. It was so well organised even when some circumstances that were beyond the control of the tour company intervened, the guide got us through smoothly and we all had a great day!”

iT WAS A WONDERFUL TOUR. THE SCENE WAS OUT OF SIGHT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WISHED THERE WAS A PHOTOGRAPHER TAKING PICTURES.”

“
This tour was so well worth every penny!! The bus was very new and comfortable - the views out the window were so beautiful! The trip to the top of the alps was just breath taking! Viator was good enough to let us reschedule for a nominal fee when our plane was delayed - all 8 of our party was very appreciative- and they were very nice about it on the phone. i would have hated to miss this tour!!”
