We had a fantastic knowledgeable guide. This is the only way to learn about the history of the Bridge and the Dumbo (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass) area. Would highly recommend.

This was a good way to see the bridge, the city, the surrounding bridges, learn about the history, and find out about the present. Thumbs up!

I walked the bridge as my husband was ill. It was amazing construction and interesting history. The day was very cold and rainy, but the tour went on . Our guide was very interesting and knowledgeable with the bridge and Dumbo. I suggest this tour in better weather so you can spend more time in the Dumbo area afterwards.

Our guide was great he gave us a great history lesson on how and who was involved in building this awesome bridge. He also knew alot of the history of how DUMBO became such a hot area of Brooklyn. Would highly recommend this trip if your interested in this piece of NY history.

As a 70-year old, I was a little hesitant about taking this walking tour, but in the vernacular, it was a piece of cake. What made the trip so valuable and memorable was the amazing tour guide, Matt A. He was so knowledgable and informative about the bridge, and had obviously gone to great lengths to know the history, stories, and current events concerning the bridge and it's place in the New York-Brooklyn connection. The DUMBO tour after the crossing was also amazingly informative and worth ten times the cost of the tour. I can't say enough good about Matt's tour. I would take this tour again, and any tour that Matt was leading. It may have been the most impressive part of my entire 10 days in New York City.

I booked this tour for three couples to tour the Brooklyn Bridge for Monday 6/26. To start off we had a magnificent day weather-wise perfect touring weather- We arrived at our meeting place at Tweed Courthouse and met up with Sean our tour guide- Very close to where our hotel was. There were about 30 people in our group. Right from the start Sean was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all things Brooklyn as he is a native. It was very obvious that he loved his subject matter. The walking tour lasted 2 and 1/2 hours and the time passed too quickly- I wanted to hear more! We all would highly recommend this tour and would love to take any other tour that Sean is involved with.

Our tour Guide Ludie was AMAZING! Her passion for the bridge's history was unquestionable. Definitely went home with a huge appreciation of the history, struggle and accomplishment of the people behind this structure. You can do this walk on your own, but trust me, the story behind the bridge is something we should all hear. Ludie also gave us tips on safe walking along the bridge and recommendations on where to eat once you get over the other side to Brooklyn -another great city to spend the day.

My daughter wanted to do this tour and what a brilliant time we had. The weather was glorious and our guide Kathryn with a K was really good. It was interesting to find our how the bridge was built and the people behind it. Kathryn answered loads of questions from our large group and was happy and cheerful and very informative. The views were amazing and going into Brooklyn and Dumbo were really interesting. Would even do this tour again. Thanks Kathryn!!!!

Ludie was AMAZING. She was not only entertaining but the way she presented the facts about the Brooklyn Bridge brought the story to life. She answered all questions, took pictures of anyone that wanted their photo with the Manhattan skyline in the background at the end of the tour. Plus gave us some great Brooklyn pizza eateries. Best tour of the trip.
