We have raved to all our friends about our tour. Our tour guide, Remi, was excellent--personable and knowledgable. We were lucky to have him lead us. Thank you, Remi!

We booked our Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Tour for the same day we booked our 9/11 Memorial, Museum and Observation Deck Tour. Choosing the 8:30 am Statue of Liberty Tour worked out great! On return to Battery Park we had a nice relaxing paced walk to St. Paul's Chapel where we met up with our afternoon tour guide for the 2pm 9/11 Memorial Tour. Our tour guide for the Statue of Liberty Tour was Ben, very informative and kept our group on time without rushing us.

We had no idea how interesting the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island was until we were told the story by our tour guide, Cody. He kept our kids (8 and 11) completely interested and engaged for over 3 hours teaching them about the design, architecture, funding, politics behind the building of the Statue of Liberty and all the history surrounding Ellis Island. He was extremely informative, personal and patient. The tour was very well timed and gave us enough time to learn about both with short ferry rides and giving us breaks to tour ourselves. Really enjoyed this. Definitely bring cash to tip your tour guide because if you get Cody, you will wish you had! Very well worth the spend for the tour and the tip!
