This tour was a fantastic way to visit Napa and Sonoma wine country. Vlad, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the valley and vineyards and had great recommendations. Overall was a great day trip experience.

This trip was a huge success! The departure location was convenient and easy to find. The bus was comfortable, complete with outlets for charging needs and and space underneath seats to store bags (like on planes) there was also an overhead shelf so to speak that you could probably also use. There was also a bathroom but it wasn't necessary as the longest legs of the trip were only 45min - 1 hour. Our tour guide was awesome, and even took a 5 minute stop to let us take great pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. The three vineyards we visited were beautiful and rich with history. Each location also had water available and there was plenty of time to take pictures and explore their gift shop. The first location even had a raffle for a bottle of wine! Our lunch was in downtown Napa, we were given about 1.5 hours which was perfect. We walked to one of the "farther" restaurants across the river from where we were dropped off and still had time to stop in shops and markets on our way back before our departure time. We also stopped by the "Welcome to Napa" sign on our way back to the city. Overall, if you are short on time, transportation, or just want a great trip that doesn't involve much planning, BOOK THIS TRIP! My group had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't done a Napa trip before. ALSO: bring a light jacket with you (I traveled in November).

The only negative was Sutter Home ( do not like this wine)... other vineyards were great. It was a great experience. Met people from all over the world 😊

I first want to say our tour guy (Russian Guy) was extremely knowledgeable. Not only about the area, but about wine. He was also entertaining. The first two winery stops were amazing. I had never heard of them, but the wine was outstanding. The last stop was just ok. The only suggestion I would make is to start in Napa and work your way back. It seemed like a lot of back-tracking.

This tour was amazing. The vineyards were incredible and they were not cheap with the pours (may have gotten more than two 😊). Sonoma and Napa is just as beautiful as you can imagine and even had some down time for lunch to explore. The tour guide who was also the bus driver was very informative and funny, making it a enjoyable ride. Book it you won’t regret it.

I finally experienced Napa and Sonoma Wine Country. This Full Day Tour from San Francisco is an awesome way to experience the vineyards, wineries, and savor the tastings. Our tour included 3 Wineries (Viansa, Madonna, Sutter) which each had their unique winery style and wine specialties. For example, I learned all about the history an rise of White Zinfandel and the Zinfandel genre of wines at Sutter winery. The tastings are a great experience. You receive 3-5 tastings per winery. There is a 90 minute lunch stop in Napa mid-day with a choice of nice, sit down restaurants (French, Mexican, Italian) and an irresistible bakery in walking distance if you have a sweet tooth. I had the good fortune of having Danilo as my Tour Guide for Napa. I had a previous San Francisco Day Tour to Monterey with Danilo and it was a pleasant surprise to have him again for Wine Country. Danilo is knowledgeable, personable, funny, engaging, and makes the day highly enjoyable for all on his tour bus. Request Danilo. Experience Napa and Sonoma Wine Country via Viator! It's a must do if you're vacationing in San Francisco.

Had a wonderful time! Actually took two different tours with Grey Line San Fran, and both were top-notch. Be advised that Napa Valley can be 20 degrees warmer than San Fran, so dress comfortably. My ONLY gripe (and it’s a minor one) is our final winery of the day was Sutter Home. Their wines are nothing special, and are available on every street corner in the U.S., so I would have preferred some place a little more rare and special. But I understand that tour operators don’t always have a choice on which wineries are available on any given day. And the Sutter Home facility was perfectly nice. Other than that, LOVED THE TOUR. Josh and Hacine are the best bus driver / tour guides you will find!

All day wine tour with Antonio as our guide was terrific. He had stories and background to keep us amused throughout the ride. Very knowledgeable of grape growing and processes to make it very interesting. City tour along the way was nice bonus to the trip. Would recommend.

Michael and I had a wine-stastic time in the vines of Napa and Sonoma! Made 52 new friends from all over the world and tasted some of the best wine on Earth. If you have a weekend, you’ll be glad you spent your Saturday day-drinking Syrah to Zinfandels.

Great tour. pick up was easy and the trip was relaxed and enjoyable. Knowledgeable driver was funny and informative and the beautiful countryside was something to be seen. We stopped of at 3 very different wineries and got to sample many beautiful wines. There was lots of time for taking in the scenery, learning a little about the wine and sampling some lovely wine. I had a great time and would highly recommend this tour. It was worth the money we paid and if I could spend every lazy Sunday this way, I would :)

We had such a great time touring the different wineries and enjoying the beautiful trip from San Fran to Sonoma and Napa! Sonoma square was a beautiful place to stop and eat. We had a funny and informative bus driver who took us place to place and informed us of some great history and facts— definitely recommend for a laid back, awesome tour!
