This small group tour was such a great way to see the small towns, parks, and lakes of Scotland - and what a treat to end at the distillery. October was also a great time to see Scotland as the foliage had begun to change. Our tour guide Ally was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and endlessly entertaining. We got back from the tour around 6pm, just in time for dinner in Edinburgh. If you have a full day to spend in the Highlands, you must take this trip.

Excellent tour and guide; very knowledgeable and entertaining; great sense of humor. The music he selected for background was well coordinated with the information provided as we traveled through the highlands, lochs, and in and out of the city. Fantastic experience.

Our guide, Pete, was fantastic. The scenery came alive with his history/story telling. We had several scenic stops but the Hermitage waterfalls were the best. Lunch in a lovely village and then whisky tasting at a Dewars distillary topped off the day.

This was well worth the trip! Jan, our guide, was very knowledgeable and witty. He treated everyone with much respect. The sights were amazing and each stop had ample time to explore. A ‘must do’!!!

Jim Scot was a great Five Star guide! :) .. He was fun and clearly knew the area well. The Water Falls was great … the Queens view was spectacular...some more time there would have been nice. Dewar's Distillery tour was great! Not a big fan of Dewar's but buy their double tasting ticket and the 2002 exclusive cask one had a great taste .. .and the tour was informative. Lots of road work and hence traffic on M-90 .. Jim saved us at least 90 mins by taking alternative routes.

Had a really wonderful time with Des. This was the rare multi-stop tour where I actually wanted to stay longer at every single stop; tons of beauty that we got to experience and the distillery tour was a lot of fun. Des gave great commentary on what was going on, told fun stories, and made us laugh. It was prompt and comfortable. Couldn't really ask for much more.

Due to logistic problems, our family almost didn’t make it in time to this day trip. We are very thankful to Rabbie’s team, who waited for us and provided a spectacular day in the countryside. We got to visit Dunkeld Cathedral, Queen’s view and had a nice whisky tasting at Dewar’s Aberfeldy distillery.

Definitely worth it! Driving through the scenic area and getting historical information from our driver Stephan was great. Every destination was unique and amazing in its own way.

Our driver Robby was very interesting and knew a lot of the Scottish history making it very enjoyable. A wonderful sense of humour. The scenery was very diverse and also saw the first dusting of snow on the munroes. The autumn colours are beautiful.

This tour was great as well. Faergus was our guide. Not only was he he full of interesting information, the love for his country and the telling of the stories was wonderful. There was a local young woman on the trip, so I think thats saying a lot about the tour company Rabbies. I saw her another day but she was going on a different tour than I was.

The highlands are beautiful and the distillery was very interesting.

This was a great tour to visit some of the beautiful places in the lower end of the Highlands. Although the stops were not long we got to stop in many spots and walk around on our own. Our tour guide was David and he was great at telling us a bit of Scotland's history in between our stops. The Dewar's Aberfeldy Whisky distillery was a highlight for us. It was very informative and our tour guide Richard was awesome! This is not included in the price of the tour but they do offer a discount for groups, so it's cheaper that if you were to go on your own. Overall, we had a great time!

This tour is wonderful, especially for someone who doesn't have much time in Scotland. You drive through parts of Edinburgh to the beautiful Highlands, and have a great whiskey tour. Eric and Feargal were fantastic guides. They were animated and provided useful information throughout the tour!

Had a brilliant time with my boyfriend! Our tour guide was McKenzie and he was great, really funny and told us all about the local history of where we were passing. As well as doing a bit of singing and playing the bag pipes too

I totally loved this tour! We went with Rabbie's Trail Burners Ltd and Neil was our driver. Neil was fabulous as he was informative and personable. He gave us fabulous information and history as we drove through the Highlands. Stopped at a quaint town for lunch - Pitlochry, Drove around Loch tay and visited a distillery. The ride was comfortable and we were able to see easily outside the windows. We even listened to some local music and heard the difference with Gaelic music. This tour, confirmed that I want to come back!!

Jim was our guide for this lovely tour. He kept us entertained the whole trip and did such a great job. If you only have a short time in Scotland, this is a good tour to take to get the flavor of the highlands. We will come back and want to go further north next time. The walks thru the forests were so beautiful. Please note, if you are taking this trip wear hiking shoes! There are some paths that you have to go up and some stairs, but not too much. The Dewar's tour in Aberfeldy was terrific and if you don't like whiskey its ok. The distillery also has food and other drinks on site. But, if you like whiskey then pay extra for a sample out of the cask! It's so worth it for the experience of tasting whiskey this way. Plus, you get a glass to take home.

Beautiful tour and the tour guide was amazing. He wove together information about the spreading of mythologies, music, and languages, the weather patterns, ocean currents, and geological fault lines, with an incredible knowledge of the history and beauty of the area.
