Itinerary
Day 1 - Sanya - San Ya Shi
Upon arrival at Sanya Phoenix International Airport or Sanya Railway Station, please provide your arrival details in advance so we can arrange your transfer. An English-speaking guide will meet you and, together with the driver, escort you on a 30-minute journey to your hotel. After checking in, you may choose to relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities or, if you prefer, take a stroll through the city’s charming streets to get a first glimpse of its unique culture. Overnight in Sanya.
Day 2 - Sanya - San Ya Shi
After breakfast at your hotel, we will collect you at 8:30 am for a half-day tour of Sanya. Our first stop is Luhuitou Park, situated about 5 kilometres south of the city centre on a hilltop. Here, we will enjoy panoramic views of Sanya and its surroundings while learning about the local legend of the hunter and the deer-woman. Next, we will visit the bustling Hongqi Street market in the city centre, known for its wide variety of tropical fruits such as coconut, mango, pineapple and jackfruit, alongside an array of local goods. We will return to the hotel by late afternoon, leaving you the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Sanya.
Day 3 - Sanya - San Ya Shi
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before spending a full day at leisure in Sanya, often referred to as ‘China’s Hawaii’. Relax on the pristine beaches, take a stroll along the coastline, or visit the Seaside Tropical Gardens. Sanya is known for its clean seawater, fresh air, bright sunshine, and lush tropical scenery. Local crafts include seashell and coconut shell carvings, horn-ware, and pepper products.Alternatively, you may choose to join one of the optional half-day excursions. The Nanshan Buddhism Cultural Park features a 108-metre-tall Buddha statue overlooking the sea, surrounded by temples and tropical gardens. The Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Zone offers a unique rainforest experience celebrating native culture and natural beauty. Or visit Nanwan Monkey Island, a protected nature reserve home to over 2,000 macaques, followed by a visit to the nearby Xincun Local Market to explore local life and sample regional specialties. All excursions start at 8:30 am and conclude around 11:30 am.Overnight in Sanya.
Day 4 - Sanya - San Ya Shi
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and meet your guide at the agreed time in the hotel reception. We will then transfer you to Sanya Phoenix International Airport or Sanya Railway Station for your onward journey.
