Galapagos Culinary Experience
New
Set off on a 7–day Galápagos adventure that starts in San Cristóbal’s Puerto Baquerizo Moreno and ends at Baltra Airport – with onward flights to Quito or Guayaquil. Ease in with a farm to table lunch, then snorkel Kicker Rock with rays and reef sharks. Fly to Isabela for Sierra Negra’s vast caldera, Los Túneles’ clear pools and laid back beach sunsets, plus time for wetlands and the tortoise breeding centre. Continue to Santa Cruz for the fish market, a cooking class using the day’s catch, and an uninhabited island day – think Santa Fe, North Seymour or Bartolomé – before a farewell in Puerto Ayora.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to San Cristóbal

On arrival at San Cristóbal Airport – on one of the Galápagos’ oldest islands – we meet you and, with an English speaking driver, transfer you to your hotel in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Around lunchtime we head into the highlands for a farm to table lunch and your first impressions of the island. In the late afternoon we return to the hotel and round off the day with a rooftop cocktail. Golden Bay Hotel or similar.
Day 2 - Kicker Rock Snorkelling Adventure

After breakfast at the hotel, we board a boat to Kicker Rock – a striking pair of volcanic spires rising 140 metres off San Cristóbal’s coast. We snorkel through the natural channel between the rocks, looking for eagle rays, white–tip reef sharks and, at times, Galápagos and hammerhead sharks, while marine birds circle the cliffs above.
In the evening, we enjoy dinner at an Ecuadorian–style sushi restaurant. Overnight at Golden Bay Hotel or similar.
Day 3 - Flight to Isabela & Sierra Negra Volcano

This morning we take a short interisland flight from San Cristóbal to Isabela – about 45 minutes – and meet our driver on arrival for a transfer to your hotel.
We head straight to Sierra Negra Volcano, then visit Campo Duro ranch for a local barbecue – a vegetarian option is available. In the evening, you can head to the beach for sunset cocktails.
Please Note:Flights are not included and must be independently booked
Day 4 - Los Tuneles Snorkelling Experience

After breakfast, we head to Los Tuneles for a guided snorkelling tour in calm, very clear, shallow waters, with a premium packed lunch included during the excursion.
On returning to Puerto Villamil, you have free time to explore independently – you could visit the Isabela Breeding Centre, the Wetlands or the Wall of Tears. In the evening, we round off the day with a local beach dinner by the water. Overnight at Casa de Marita or similar.
Day 5 - Santa Cruz Island & Local Flavours

Early this morning we set off by speedboat to Santa Cruz – a crossing of around two hours. On arrival in Puerto Ayora, we visit the Fish Market to watch local fishermen bring in and handle the day’s catch.
We then continue to a local farm for a hands–on cooking class, preparing and enjoying what was caught that day. Overnight at Ikala Hotel or similar.
Day 6 - Exploring an Uninhabited Galapagos Island

Today we visit one of the Galápagos’ uninhabited islands – the destination varies by day of the week, with possible landings on Santa Fe, Plazas, Bartholome or North Seymour. We spend the day snorkelling and exploring the island’s landscapes, flora and fauna, then return to Puerto Ayora in the afternoon.
In the evening, we join a guided gastronomic walking tour around Puerto Ayora, finishing at a local restaurant for a special farewell dinner. Overnight at Ikala Hotel or similar.
Day 7 - Departure from the Galapagos
After breakfast, we arrange your transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight to Guayaquil or Quito. Pick up is timed to your departure – please have your travel documents and luggage ready for check in. This concludes your Galápagos journey.
