Day 1 - Quito
On arrival at Mariscal Sucre International Airport, we meet you with an English and Spanish speaking local guide and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Quito. Expect a warm welcome and practical support – your guide is on hand to share local insights and answer any questions about the country. Overnight in Quito.
Day 2 - Quito
Breakfast at the hotel. We collect you and transfer you to the meeting point to begin the tour, then ride the modern Quito Metro to the Historic Centre – a chance to travel like a local. We explore Independence Square and admire the ornate façade of La Compañía de Jesús, often regarded as one of Latin America’s most beautiful churches. The morning rounds off with a focused 20 minute guided chocolate tasting showcasing single origin cacao and its distinctive aromas and textures.
In the afternoon, we continue north to the Intiñan Museum on the equator for an engaging, hands on visit. Exhibits highlight Andean traditions, and simple experiments demonstrate the unique effects of standing on the equatorial line – including the chance to place one foot in each hemisphere. This is a full day that blends local transport, culture and geography. Overnight in Quito.
Day 3 - Quito
Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, our driver meets you at your hotel for a comfortable transfer to Mariscal Sucre International Airport – a smooth, straightforward end to your time in Quito.
