Itinerary
Day 1 - Surabaya to Bromo
Surabaya – Bromo. Upon arrival at Surabaya International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your accommodation in Bromo on a scenic three-hour drive. After you have checked in, you will have the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 - Mount Bromo Sunrise & Journey to Banyuwangi

Bromo - Banyuwangi. This morning, we set off at 03:00 AM by 4-wheel drive jeep to reach a high vantage point for sweeping views of Mount Bromo at first light. As day breaks, we watch the landscape gradually brighten, revealing the striking form of the volcano. We then travel down into the wide caldera, where the soft morning haze and ash-covered terrain offer a truly atmospheric experience. Alternatively, you can choose to take an optional horseback ride to the base of the crater, followed by a climb up the stairs to the rim for a closer view of the volcano’s striking terrain.
Afterwards, we return to our hotel for breakfast before departing for our next destination, Banyuwangi. En route, we stop to enjoy lunch before continuing on to Banyuwangi for check-in. The remainder of the day will be at your leisure.
Day 3 - Ijen Crater Sunrise Trek & Optional Blue Fire Experience

Banyuwangi - Ijen Nature Reserve - Banyuwangi. Today, we have another early start as we depart at 03:00 AM for the Ijen Nature Reserve. After arriving at the Paltuding Ranger Post, we begin a 3-kilometre uphill trek which takes approximately 90 minutes to reach the rim of Ijen Crater. As the sun rises, we will take in panoramic views of the crater and its striking turquoise sulphur lake set against a dramatic volcanic landscape.
Afterwards, we will make our way back down the crater, making our way back to the hotel for breakfast. You will have the rest of the day to further explore Banyuwangi or relax; the choice is yours.
Alternatively, this morning you can opt to join an earlier departure to witness the famous Blue Fire at Mount Ijen, a rare natural phenomenon where electric-blue flames emerge from burning sulphur gas in the darkness, creating an otherworldly and unforgettable spectacle.
Day 4 - Ferry to Bali & Journey to Ubud

Banyuwangi - Gilimanuk - Ubud. After breakfast, we begin our journey to Ketapang Harbour for our scenic ferry crossing to Bali, arriving at the port of Gilimanuk. On the way to Ubud, we pause to visit the revered Rambut Siwi Temple, peacefully perched above the coastline with views of the Indian Ocean.
After we continue our journey to Ubud, the artistic and cultural hub of Bali, We will stop along the way to enjoy lunch. Once you have checked into the hotel, the rest of the afternoon is yours to unwind or explore as you wish.
Day 5 - Exploring Ubud & Kintamani

Ubud - Kintamani - Ubud. This morning, we begin with a visit to Tirtha Empul Temple, a revered site known for its sacred spring and its importance in Balinese spiritual tradition. We then travel to the highlands of Kintamani, where sweeping views of Mount Batur and its serene crater lake of Lake Batur await us. We will then make our way to a local restaurant for lunch.
After lunch, we will visit the renowned Tegalalang Rice Terraces, admired for their detailed stepped fields and the traditional Balinese Subak irrigation system. Our final stop is the Ubud Monkey Forest, a protected area inhabited by numerous lively long-tailed macaques. In the evening, we will gather for a farewell dinner to mark the end of our time in Ubud.
Day 6 - Departure from Ubud

After your final breakfast, depending on your departure time, you may have some time to explore Ubud, shop for souvenirs, or relax before your transfer to the airport. Safe travels!
