Itinerary
Day 1 - Table Mountain Cable Car, Chapman's Peak, Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach Penguins & Groot Constan

Once you have been collected from your hotel, you begin with a Table Mountain cable car experience, taking in views from the top with your guide. From here, you continue through Mouille Point, Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point, Bantry Bay and Clifton, stopping for photos at Maiden's Cove, before continuing on through Camps Bay to Hout Bay, where you have an hour to explore the harbour, with the option of a seal island boat trip included at no extra cost.
Please note: the seal island boat trip is not recommended in rough seas due to safety concerns.
You then continue along Chapman's Peak Drive, stopping at a viewpoint for a 15-minute photo stop.
Please note: use of Chapman's Peak Drive is subject to the road being open at the time of travel. Guests are asked to stay within demarcated areas throughout the tour for safety.
A short stop follows in Noordhoek, where you have the option of coffee at a local café at an additional cost, before continuing through Kommetjie, Misty Cliffs and Scarborough, with a quick stop at an ostrich farm along the way.
In the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, you explore the Dias Cross and the reserve's fauna and flora, and see the meeting point of the cold Benguela and warm Agulhas currents, with a chance of spotting baboons and other wildlife.
Please note: guests are advised to keep a safe distance from baboons and avoid feeding them, as these are wild animals.
You have the option of lunch at a restaurant here at an additional cost, along with a funicular ride. Continuing on, you visit Boulders Beach to see one of Cape Town's largest penguin colonies, before returning via Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. The day ends with a private wine tasting at Groot Constantia Wine Estate, one of the region's best-known wineries.
Day 2 - Robben Island Apartheid Tour & Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

After being collected from your hotel, you begin with a private Robben Island tour experience, taking a shared boat across to the island with your guide, where you learn about the apartheid regime, Nelson Mandela and other freedom fighters.
On your return, you explore Cape Town city, before ending the day at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
Day 3 - Inverdoorn Game Reserve Big 5 Safari, Poolside Lunch & Evening Bush Sunset Drive

You are collected from your hotel and the surrounding area for a scenic 2-hour drive, passing through the Huguenot Tunnel and the fruit-growing landscape of Ceres, on to Inverdoorn Game Reserve, now managed under Aquila Game Safari. On arrival, you sign in at reception, and your safari experience begins with a welcome round of refreshments.
After your safari, you can relax by the pool or beside the fireplace, before lunch under the trees or in the boma-style restaurant.
Please note: bring your own swimming costume; bathing towels are provided at the reserve.
Later, you join an early evening game drive in search of big cats as the sun sets over the bush, before a five-course dinner at the reserve in the evening. You spend the night at a guesthouse on the game reserve.
Day 4 - Morning Game Drive, Giraffe Walk & Franschhoek, Paarl & Stellenbosch Wine Tasting

You begin the morning with breakfast, including coffee or tea, before a 2-hour game drive in an open-roof 4x4, ideal for wildlife viewing. Time permitting, you may also have the chance to walk with giraffes at your ranger's discretion.
Following lunch under the trees or in the boma-style restaurant, you head back towards Cape Town via the Huguenot Tunnel, driving through Franschhoek. This includes a stop at the prison where Nelson Mandela was released on 11 February 1990, where you can take a photo at the Nelson Mandela monument, along with a complimentary wine tasting at a wine estate. You continue back to Cape Town via Paarl and Stellenbosch, with drop-off in the city or at the airport at approximately 6 pm.
