Day 1 - Madrid
Arrive in Madrid and feel the vibrant energy of Spain's capital. We’ll meet you at the airport and transfer you straight to your hotel, where you'll have some free time to settle in. Check the hotel reception for information regarding the welcome meeting, where you'll be introduced to your guide and fellow travellers. In the evening, we’ll take you to Plaza Mayor and La Latina, known for their vibrant nightlife and an array of tapas restaurants. You're free to choose a dining spot that tempts your palate, with options ranging from Indian and Chinese to Spanish and Middle Eastern cuisines. Enjoy your evening in this lively part of the city. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Madrid
Today, we delve into the heart of Madrid with a comprehensive morning tour of this vibrant city. We'll explore notable landmarks such as the illustrious Paseo del Prado and the striking fountains of Cibeles and Neptuno. Our journey continues with a visit to the iconic Puerta de Alcalá, the expansive Plaza de Colón, and the historical Plaza Mayor. Next, we’ll wander through the tranquil Retiro Park, a serene escape in the bustling city centre, featuring highlights such as the picturesque lake and the stunning Palacio de Cristal. A visit to Madrid would not be complete without stepping inside the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to the illustrious Real Madrid. Entrance is included. The afternoon offers you leisure to immerse yourself in the city’s rich culture or enjoy some shopping at your own pace. As evening falls, we will arrange a convenient transfer back to the hotel, leaving you the night to dine and relax as you please.
Day 3 - Madrid - Zaragoza - Poblet - Barcelona
We'll set off from Madrid in the morning, embarking on a journey through the scenic landscapes of Castile on our way to the region of Aragon. Our first destination is Zaragoza, where we'll take time to appreciate the impressive Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, a revered site of architectural and cultural significance. Continuing our adventure, we'll travel to the tranquil Poblet Abbey – a remarkable example of a medieval monastery, excellently preserved and offering a glimpse into a bygone era (admission is included). As the day draws to a close, we'll proceed to Barcelona, arriving in the vibrant city by evening.
Day 4 - Barcelona
In the morning, we'll set off on a panoramic tour of Barcelona, a city rich with cultural and historical significance. Often referred to as the City of Counts, Barcelona stands out among European capitals with its captivating blend of modernist architecture, famously crafted by Gaudí, and its vibrant atmosphere along the bustling Ramblas. As you explore, you'll notice the city's unique character shaped by landmark events such as the Universal Exposition and the Olympics. Later, you'll have the afternoon free to discover more of Barcelona at your own pace, whether it be exploring the city's charming neighbourhoods or relaxing by the Mediterranean Sea.

After enjoying breakfast, your journey concludes, leaving you with cherished memories of your travels.
