Welcome to Bangkok, the bustling capital city of Thailand! A world-renowned tourist destination, this vibrant city offers an eclectic mix of lively street life, cultural landmarks, and busy shopping areas.
Arriving at Suvarnabhumi or Donmuang Airport, you'll be met by our local representative and transferred to your hotel for check in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to explore Bangkok. Why not try some tasty street food or take a thrilling tuk tuk ride?
Day 2 Khao Yai National Park

Bangkok - Khao Yai. Today's adventure starts as you depart from Bangkok, and head towards the central Thai province of Saraburi, renowned for its captivating ancient Buddhist temples.
Your first stop will be at Phra Buddha Badh, a sacred site home to a shrine dedicated to the revered footprint of Buddha. The temple compound is surrounded by a number of magnificent temples for you to explore.
After lunch, you will continue to Khao Yai National Park. This expansive park boasts over 50 kilometers of hiking and biking trails, along with a collection of breathtaking waterfalls including the iconic 20-meter-tall Haew Suwat featured in the Hollywood hit 'The Beach' directed by Danny Boyle.
The park is also a sanctuary for diverse flora and fauna. Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of bears, gibbons, elephants, and hornbills as you explore the natural wonderland.
As your adventure unfolds, you'll make two stops. Firstly, you'll visit the hillside sanctuary of Wat Theppithak, adorned with an imposing seated Buddha statue. Later, at Klang Dong, you'll experience a local fruit market.

Khao Yai - Korat. Begin your day amidst the natural beauty of Khao Yai National Park. Your first stop is the remarkable Krong Keo Waterfalls, which features a bamboo suspension bridge.
Continuing your adventure, you'll pause at the Thai Suranaree Memorial—a tribute to Khunying Mo, a courageous woman who rallied her people to victory against Laotian invaders in 1826, during the reign of King Rama III.
Venturing further, you'll arrive at Wat Sala Loi, a serene temple whose main chapel takes the shape of a Chinese junk ship, constructed using local materials like famous earthen tiles from Daan Kwein.
After lunch at a local restaurant in Korat, you will continue to Pimai. Here, explore the captivating museum and the magnificent Khmer temples, often referred to as the Angkor Wat of Thailand, believed to have been built by King Jayavaramen VI in the 11th century.
The last stop for today will be Sai Ngam Banyan Grove, home to Thailand's largest banyan tree. Nestled on its own island within a pond, this area holds sacred significance as the banyan tree symbolizes deep spiritual meaning in Buddhism.

Korat - Surin. Today will begin with a trip to the village of Daan Kwain, renowned for its beautiful earthenware. Nestled along the Moon River, this village offers a charming array of pottery studios, museums, and shops.
You will continue on to Prasat Phnom Rung, the most important Khmer temple complex in Thailand. Perched atop a small hill, the complex comprises of a stunning monumental staircase and a sanctuary.
Your day continues with a visit to another Khmer temple, Prasat Muang Tham, which predates Prasat Phnom Rung. Here, marvel at a collection of well-preserved bas reliefs.
After lunch, your path takes you to the northeast province of Surin. Here, explore the captivating Prasat Hin Sikhoraphum, another gem of Khmer architecture. Originally a Hindu temple dedicated to the deity Shiva, this site is renowned for its five prangs—Khmer-style towers.
Day 5 Goodbye

Surin - Bangkok. Today's journey commences in Si Saket, famous for its Khmer ruins.
Your first stop is Prasat Wat Sa Kamphaeng Yai, an 11th-century Khmer-era temple dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva, followed by a transition to a Mahayana Buddhist temple built in the 13th century.
Next on the agenda is Prasat Wat Sa Kamphaeng Noi, where a laterite stupa and a charming chapel adorned with a lotus pond at its front await. Continuing your voyage, you'll drive to Ubon Ratchathani, one of Isan's major cities.
After lunch, continue to Ban Pa Ao, a village in Ubon Ratchathani with roots tracing back to migrants from Vientiane, Laos, during the reign of King Sri Bun San. Here, skilled artisans craft bronzeware and intricate handwoven silk.
Your final destination is the Ban Kan Lueang archaeological site, where an excavation in 1992 unveiled an array of artifacts that date back an astonishing 2,000 years.
With the day's exploration drawing to a close, you'll be transferred to Ubon Ratchathani Airport for a flight to Bangkok. Your tour concludes upon your arrival in the vibrant capital.
