Itinerary
Day 1 - Marrakech - Marrakech
Upon arrival at Marrakech airport, our representative will welcome you and escort you to your hotel. You will then have the remainder of the day at your leisure to relax or begin exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech at your own pace. Overnight accommodation is arranged in Marrakech.
Day 2 - Marrakech - Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we collect you from the hotel reception and set off in a 4x4 towards Ouarzazate. Along the way, you’ll take in striking landscapes and pause at a scenic spot chosen by your driver for memorable photographs. There is an optional visit to Telouet Kasbah, a historic fortress with rich architectural details, and an optional lunch in Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed village famed for its traditional earthen buildings. You can stroll through the village’s charming paths before we continue to Ouarzazate. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the adventures ahead.
Day 3 - Ouarzazate - Oulad Berhil
After breakfast, we drive south from Ouarzazate to Tazenakht village, renowned for its exquisite Berber carpets. Next, we continue to Taliouine, Africa’s leading producer of saffron, where we visit a cooperative to learn about the cultivation of this prized spice. From there, we head to Oulad Berhil, a small town in the Souss-Massa region that once served as the residence of a notable Caid during the colonial era. Upon arrival, you will check in to your chosen hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4 - Asni
After breakfast, we begin with an orientation tour of Oulad Berhil before driving along the Tizi N’Ttest road, passing through small Berber villages such as Tafingoult. We then arrive at Timal, where you can explore the Tinmel Mosque—an exceptional example of Almohad architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continuing through the scenic Tizi N’Ttest pass, we visit Ouirgane village before reaching Asni. Upon arrival, we check into your chosen hotel. You may wish to try a traditional Berber tagine at a local restaurant (not included) and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Asni.
Day 5 - Asni - Marrakech
After breakfast at the riad, take a leisurely walk through the village to appreciate the stunning scenery, experience the traditional lifestyle of the locals, and enjoy their genuine hospitality. For lunch, you can savour a tagine with views over the river, where women wash clothes and carpets are spread out to dry on the bushes. Later, we drive back to Marrakech, where you will return to your hotel for the night.
Day 6 - Marrakech
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer you to Marrakech airport in time for your flight.
