BOOKING CONDITIONS RELEVANCE: FORCE MAJEURE

The health and well-being of our travellers, guides and local teams remains our greatest priority and this is a vital measure to protect our travellers and our people at this time.

Holidays departing between 1 January and 31 January 2021.
If you are booked on a holiday departing between 1 January and 31 January 2021 your holiday will not commence as planned. Your tour has been suspended and you will be provided with a credit for future travel valued at 110% of all tour monies paid. This travel credit will be automatically applied to your On The Go Tours’ customer account within the coming weeks and can be used for travel (except for booking individual day trips) to any of our destinations before 31 December 2022.

You can also opt to transfer this travel credit to a friend or family member looking to book a group tour or tailor-made holiday with us during this same period.

Travel from 1 February to 28 February 2021.
If your holiday commences between 1 February and 28 February 2021 and you’ve already made the decision not to travel you can also opt to defer and receive a travel credit for 100% of the value of all tour monies paid to use at a later date^. This travel credit will be applied to your On The Go Tours’ customer account and can be used for travel (except for booking individual day trips) to any of our destinations before 31 December 2022.

You can also opt to transfer this travel credit to a friend or family member looking to book a group tour or tailor-made holiday with us during this same period. If deferring suits you best, please email us on info@onthegotours.com before 10 December 2020 and we will rebook your holiday as requested.

^If at a later date your holiday is suspended the travel credit available to you could increase to 110% and the difference will not be paid in retrospect. It is also possible that the FCO changes its travel advice to allow travel and under these circumstances our February tours will depart as planned.

Updates
Our next update relating to travel arrangements for those travelling from 1 February and beyond will be made online 15 December 2020.
