Itinerary
Day 1 - Seminyak

Welcome to the Island of the Gods! We’ll arrange your airport transfer to our handpicked hotel, where you can relax by the pool with a cold Bintang, indulge in a massage, soak up the sun, or browse the stylish boutiques that line Seminyak’s vibrant streets. Day 1 is all about settling in, unwinding, and getting to know your fellow travellers in the chic coastal town of Seminyak. As the day winds down, we’ll stroll to the beach to witness your first stunning Bali sunset - just the beginning of many magical moments to come.
We usually suggest getting to Bali a day earlier than when the tour starts just to give you a little bit more time to acclimatize. If you are landing on the first day try to arrive no later than 1pm local time just so we have time to collect you from the airport and get you to the hotel ready for the first group meal.
Day 2 - Seminyak to Ubud
Seminyak - Ubud. Today is where the adventure begins. We leave the coast behind and head inland to the serene hills of Ubud, Bali’s cultural heart. Our first stop is a scenic lunch spot overlooking the famous Tegallalang rice terraces - be sure to hop on one of the iconic rope swings for an epic photo with the lush green backdrop.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a picturesque walk to the stunning Tegenungan Waterfalls, where you can cool off with a refreshing dip beneath the cascading water. We’ll wrap up the day exploring Ubud’s bustling markets - perfect for picking up those essential souvenirs and testing your bargaining skills!
Day 3 - Monkey Forest & Cooking Class

Today, we're exploring the iconic Monkey Forest, a sacred sanctuary in the heart of Ubud home to hundreds of long-tailed macaques. Wander beneath the ancient banyan trees and moss-covered temples - but keep a firm grip on your belongings, as the monkeys are famously cheeky!
In the early afternoon, we’ll head into the rice fields for a hands-on cooking class with local Balinese chefs. Learn the secrets of traditional spices and flavours as we prepare a feast from scratch. The best part? Sitting down together to enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve just cooked.
Day 4 - Mount Batur Sunrise Hike & Ubud at Leisure

For the early risers and adventure seekers, it’s a pre-dawn start as we drive out to the base of Mount Batur. Led by an experienced local guide, we’ll hike under a starlit sky to the summit, reaching the top just in time to watch the sun rise over the misty horizon - a truly unforgettable moment. Sip on a hot cup of sweet tea or coffee as the golden light breaks through the clouds and illuminates the surrounding caldera and Lake Batur below.
For those who prefer a more leisurely morning, enjoy a restful lie-in at our peaceful Ubud hotel. Once our hikers return mid-morning, the rest of the day is yours to relax, visit a café, wander through Ubud’s art markets, or take in more of the area’s laid-back charm.
Day 5 - Ubud to Gili Air
Ubud - Gili Air. It's time to leave the green pastures of Ubud and head for the crystal-clear waters of the Gili Islands. On day 5, we cruise by fast ferry to Gili Air, a laid-back slice of paradise with no cars, no worries - just white sand, turquoise sea, and island vibes. After checking in to our perfectly positioned resort, you’ll have the afternoon to soak it all in. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, sipping a cocktail with your toes in the sand, or setting off to explore the island by foot or bike, it’s time to relax and enjoy island life… Cheers!
Day 6 - Gili Islands Boat & Bike Tour

No trip to Bali is complete without a private boat tour through some of the clearest waters on the planet. Today we explore the famous three Gili islands, stopping at handpicked snorkelling spots teeming with rainbow-coloured tropical fish and, if luck is on our side, graceful sea turtles gliding through the reef. After lunch, we’ll hop on bikes for a relaxed ride around the island, taking in stunning ocean views and stopping for a coconut on the beach.
Day 7 - Gili Air to Nusa Lembongan
Gili Air - Nusa Lembongan. Today we bid farewell to the laid-back vibes of the Gili Islands and head to the untouched beauty of Nusa Lembongan. Enjoy a relaxed morning on Gili Air - grab a lazy brunch, take one last dip in the sea, or cycle the island’s quiet paths. Around lunchtime, we’ll hop on the boat and cruise across the sparkling waters to our next island paradise. After checking in, we’ll make our way to the legendary Devil’s Tear, where crashing waves and golden skies deliver yet another unforgettable Bali sunset.
Day 8 - Diving With Manta Rays

Today begins with an unforgettable highlight - snorkelling with majestic Manta Rays in the crystal-clear waters surrounding Nusa Lembongan. After this once-in-a-lifetime encounter, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you wish. Whether it’s stand-up paddleboarding, a surf lesson on the island’s mellow breaks, or unwinding with a beachside massage, your guide is on hand to help plan the perfect afternoon.
As the sun sets, we’ll head out for dinner at one of our favourite restaurants, offering everything from Indonesian favourites to comforting western dishes. This evening, your guide will also help you start planning your onward travel - whether it’s more island hopping or heading home.
Day 9 - Day at leisure

Nusa Lembongan. Our final full day is at leisure. You may wish to opt for an optional day trip to Nusa Penida, or head for a massage or explore the island in more depth or just chill at the pool.
Tonight, we’ll gather for a farewell meal to relive the highlights of the week and raise a glass to unforgettable memories before heading out for one last island celebration together.
Day 10 - Nusa Lembongan
Our tour comes to an end after breakfast. Safe travels!
On the last day we recommend booking your flight at 1pm or later.
