Marrakech Agafay Exploration

On arrival at Marrakech Airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day at your leisure to relax or begin exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech at your own pace. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

After breakfast, we take you to a traditional riad where a skilled Moroccan chef will guide you through a hands-on cooking class. Each participant has a dedicated workstation, making the experience both enjoyable and easy to follow. Once you have prepared your meal, you can savour it on the riad’s terrace, enjoying a relaxed and authentic gastronomic experience in Marrakech. In the afternoon, we travel to the Agafay Desert to watch the sunset over the striking landscape. Here, you’ll have time to admire the golden light and capture memorable photographs. Dinner features a carefully prepared seasonal Moroccan menu, using fresh, organic ingredients and often including tagines, salads and pastries. After the meal, enjoy a live music performance before returning to Marrakech for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, explore Marrakech with a knowledgeable guide to navigate the city’s labyrinth of alleys and bustling souks. Visit the striking Koutoubia Mosque, one of the largest and most notable in the Western Muslim world, and admire the intricate architecture of the Medersa Ben Youssef. Experience the lively atmosphere of Jemaa El Fna Square before wandering through Souk Smarine Street to Rahba Kedima Square, once the site of a historic slave market. Discover the vibrant souks, where you can see traditional crafts such as basketwork, spices, textiles, Berber carpets, leather goods, ironwork and jewellery. Enjoy a typical Moroccan lunch as part of the day’s experience. You will return to your hotel in Marrakech for the night.

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer you to Marrakech Airport for your departure flight, ensuring a smooth and timely journey home.
