On arrival at Mendoza International Airport, we’ll meet you for a private transfer to your hotel in the city. At the hotel, we take care of your luggage and assist with check in, ensuring a smooth start to your stay in Mendoza – a renowned wine capital. Overnight in Mendoza.
Day 2 - Mendoza
After breakfast at the hotel, we set out in the afternoon to explore the Maipú wine region. We visit two long–established boutique wineries, tour their facilities with expert staff and learn about the winemaking process – from production to elaboration – before enjoying tastings that highlight each winery’s distinct styles and flavours. We then continue to a family–run olive oil factory to see this local industry in action, rounding off a concise introduction to the region’s produce. We return to your hotel at the end of the visit. Overnight in Mendoza.
Day 3 - Mendoza
After breakfast, you have a full day at leisure in Mendoza – relax at your hotel, wander the plazas and leafy avenues, or set your own pace. If you’d like to explore more, you can join one of these optional tours. The route continues through General San Martín Park – 307 cultivated hectares, 17 km of roads and impressive fountains – and concludes at Cerro de la Gloria, home to the monument honouring the Andes Army. Alternatively, the full day High Mountains – Potrerillos excursion requires a minimum of two people, includes hotel pick up at 07:30 and lasts about 10 hours. You’ll travel from the city towards the Chilean border, passing Potrerillos and Cacheuta and stopping at the Penitentes ski resort, before continuing to Puente del Inca, a striking natural rock formation by thermal springs. Take in views of Mount Aconcagua – at 6,962 metres the highest peak in the Americas – from a scenic viewpoint, then pass the Los Horcones customs complex to reach Las Cuevas, a small town with European style architecture, where you can enjoy a traditional mountain lunch at your own expense. You then return to Mendoza. Overnight in Mendoza.
