the pyramids was the highlight for sure the whole Egyptian tour was fantastic ,awe inspiring , visiting the local markets was also a highlight. My guide Halal was fantastic, he had our best interests at heart, his knowledge was astounding. He was so helpful if we had a request .

Perfect in every aspect ,started with the the tour manager , absolutely fantastic (from reciving us at the airport through customs ), tour guide perfect match for our group ( lively, extremely knowledgable with the subject ) , logistics was perfect, Will certainly use On The Go tours again.

I really enjoyed the pyramids and the museum was amazing. I wanted to buy souvenirs but was advised by the guide not to buy at the pyramids. I appreciated this so I did not get scammed. He took me to other shops however I felt pressured to shop there on my limited budget. We also spend a lot of time there which limited our time at the museum.

Abu Simbal, the balloon trip in the Valley of the Kings, Luxor Temple at night, cruising the Nile were highlights of an overall excellent tour. You made this a truly memorable trip of a lifetime. The train trip was rustic. The bullet train will be a welcome addition to the itinerary.

The whole trip was amazing. The order of our visits to the temples was just right. I really liked Philae. Momo was a knowledgeable and helpful tour guide, and obviously loves his subject. Momo did walk rather fast which meant the group was unable to stick together in the crowded areas. The train was an experience, but would not recommend it to anyone. The local extra tours by On The Go were expensive. I had requested lower floor rooms and the last two days was an issue.

So many sites. So many highlights. Pyramids, GEM, Valley of the Kings and the boat cruise on the Nile. Hot air ballooning at Luxor was wonderful. Loved Luxor temple at nightfall. Shopping stops are not our thing. Many people on our tour enjoyed them, so I understand the need. Food was definitely not a highlight, but quite acceptable.

The Giza pyramids and sphinx were impressive. Loved the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's temple. Loved Luxor temple under lights and the balloon flight. Aamer, our guide, and the man who met me at the airport were very helpful. The rail journey was an experience but not quite what I expected. I was a bit disappointed in the high tea at the Old Cataract Hotel. It was disappointing that there were only 5 of us on the tour, but I realise that the war caused cancellations.

The historic sites were amazing. The group was very small - only 4 of us, which worked well. Transportation was very good - good cars, good drivers. Accommodation. The tour was described as Luxury. Only three nights out of ten in hotels that can be considered luxury or upscale. The remaining 7 nights were in a dated hotels, where we placed in old unrenovated rooms. Often poorly maintenance. This needs to be addressed.
