We also loved going to the little villages - like the walled village Orvieto, and Castiglione del Lago, Monteriggioni, good to spend some time there. We didn't really enjoy Genoa. Arrived at night and weather also not great. We didn't have much time there, but if had had more I would have liked to look at the museum boat on the harbour. Didn't enjoy walking the streets by the harbour, as a bit dark.

Our first time in Switzerland and the tour really gave us a look into the countryside (which we really enjoy). Our tour companions, guide and driver were all fun. I thought it would have been nice to have the tour guide introduce everyone each other. The hotel on the last night - you know us Americans like AC, so it was a little hot.
