Hotels good, except Belvedere due to incline and Ibis Styles too many smokers. Tour provided by a supplier and found out after official booking confirmation from OTG tours. The supplier offers transfers (included with their packages) we purchased our own as OTG tours did not offer. Different tour operators and groups. Multiple languages we did not expect.
