Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to Queenstown

Once you have arrived at Queenstown Airport, a representative meets you for your private sedan transfer to your accommodation in the town centre, with pick-up scheduled for 2 pm. Your accommodation is set in the heart of Queenstown, a short walk from the lakefront and Queenstown Gardens.
The rest of the day is yours to settle in - you might wander along the shores of Lake Wakatipu or find a spot for dinner in town.
Day 2 - Cable Car Experience

Today, ride the Skyline Gondola up to the top of Bob's Peak - one of the steepest cable car journeys in the Southern Hemisphere - climbing 480 metres above Lake Wakatipu.
From the top, you're rewarded with a 220-degree panorama taking in Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Cecil and Walter Peaks, along with Queenstown itself. A buffet lunch awaits, with the view as a backdrop. You also have the option to take a few rides on the Luge before heading back down.
Day 3 - Lake Wakatipu Cruise to Walter Peak

This evening, cross Lake Wakatipu aboard a vintage steamship - a century-old vessel that once served the local farming communities and remains one of the last hand-fired steamships still in operation. The cruise brings you to Walter Peak High Country Farm, a historic sheep station on the lake's western shore.
Here, a farm show featuring sheep-shearing and a dog demonstration precedes a gourmet BBQ dinner of local, homegrown produce served buffet-style at the farm's homestead restaurant, with lakeside gardens to explore before or after your meal. A licensed bar is available for purchases onboard the return cruise, though note that payment is by card only.
Please note: Wear non-slip footwear and bring warm clothing, as evenings on the lake can be cool.
Day 4 - Goodbye Queenstown

On your final day, check out of your accommodation at your own pace before making your way to Queenstown Airport for your onward journey.
