Itinerary
Day 1 - Cape Town
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, we meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board and escort you to your vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your Cape Town hotel. Depending on the time of year, we collect you between 17:00 and 18:00 from your accommodation and transfer you to the V&A Waterfront jetty for a 90–minute sunset cruise, including a welcome drink on boarding. After returning to the jetty, we transfer you back to Hotel Sky, Cape Town.
Day 2 - Robben Island
After breakfast, we collect you at approximately 08:00 for a shared transfer to the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront Clocktower Precinct. We escort you to the boarding queue to use your included Robben Island ticket – please bring a copy of your ID or passport for verification. On arrival, we join the guided tour, step into history at the prison museum – including a view of Nelson Mandela’s cell – and learn about the lives of political prisoners. The experience, including boat transfers, lasts around 3.5–4 hours. We then continue to Table Mountain and use your included return cable car ticket to reach the summit. You can explore at your own pace and, if you wish, enjoy a refreshment or light lunch at the Table Mountain Café – at your own expense. When you are ready, we descend, continue to the city centre for photos in Bo–Kaap with its colourful houses, and return to your hotel between 17:00 and 18:00.
Day 3 - Franschhoek & Wine Tram Experience
After breakfast, we collect you at approximately 08:30 for a shared transfer to Franschhoek for a full–day Hop–On Hop–Off wine tram experience. With your included ticket, we follow your chosen route and you select 6–7 estates to visit, hopping on and off to sample fine local wines. Please pre–book lunch once you receive your route planner. Wine tasting fees are excluded and typically range from R60,00 to R150,00 per tasting, depending on your selection. At day’s end, we meet you at the tram station and transfer you back to your Cape Town hotel between 17:30 and 18:00.
Day 4 - Cape Town
After breakfast, we transfer you from your Cape Town hotel to Cape Town International Airport for your flight home. Please confirm your pick–up time with your guide or driver the day before to ensure a timely departure. We bid you a warm farewell until next time.
