Day 1 - Cairo
On arrival at Cairo International Airport, we meet you, assist with visa formalities and luggage, and provide a comfortable transfer to your city hotel – settle in as we drive through lively streets and you take your first glimpses of Egypt’s bustling capital. The rest of the day is yours – you may relax, explore local cafés, or simply absorb the city’s vibrant atmosphere before the journey continues.

We stand before the Great Pyramids of Giza – the last surviving Wonder of the Ancient World – reflecting on their ingenious construction and the pharaohs who commissioned these monumental tombs over 4,000 years ago. We then continue to Saqqara, home to Egypt’s first pyramid, the Step Pyramid of King Djoser – a landmark in ancient architecture that offers a compelling window into the early evolution of royal tombs.
Day 3 - Cairo
We begin with an early morning visit to the renowned Egyptian Museum, where one of the greatest collections of ancient artefacts – including the treasures of Tutankhamun – provides a vivid window into Egypt’s royal past. We then explore the historic Saladin Citadel, a medieval fortress crowning the Moqattam Hills, wandering through grand mosques and palaces as sweeping views of Cairo unfold below. Afterwards we delve into the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar, weaving through a maze of alleys lined with crafts, spices, jewellery, textiles and traditional cafés. In the evening we unwind on a dinner cruise along the River Nile – the skyline aglow – with live entertainment as we dine.
