Day 1 - Athens - Nauplion - Nafplion
We depart along the coastal road beside the Saronic Gulf, stopping briefly at the Corinth Canal, which links the Aegean and Ionian Seas. Continuing to Mycenae, we explore key archaeological sites including the Lion’s Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Treasury of Atreus. Travelling through the fertile Argolis plain, we arrive in Nafplio, Greece’s first capital. You then have a free afternoon to discover the town at your own pace. Dinner and overnight accommodation are in Nafplio.
Day 2 - Nauplion - Athens
After breakfast at the hotel, you have free time until midday to explore Nafplio at your leisure. We then depart for Epidaurus to visit the ancient theatre, dating from the 4th century BC, renowned for its exceptional acoustics. After the visit, we return to Athens.
