Lombok Exploration Experience

We will meet you at your hotel reception and transfer you to Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar for your domestic flight to Lombok (flight not included). Please note that pick-ups from hotels more than one hour’s drive from the airport may incur an additional surcharge. We recommend the AirAsia flight departing Denpasar at 10:50 and arriving in Lombok at 11:35. Upon arrival at Lombok Airport, you will be greeted and privately transferred to your hotel in Senggigi. During the transfer, your guide will provide a brief overview of the upcoming itinerary and assist with check-in, which is available from 2:00 pm. If you prefer to rest after your journey, you can relax at the hotel and enjoy its facilities. Alternatively, you may choose to explore and soak up the tranquil, exotic atmosphere of Lombok at your leisure. Overnight in Senggigi.

After breakfast at the hotel, set out on a full-day tour exploring Lombok’s unspoilt landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Although similar in size to Bali, Lombok remains largely untouched, characterised by vast palm forests and long stretches of white sandy beaches lapped by turquoise waters. Begin with a visit to Banyumulek village, the island’s pottery centre, where you will see traditional techniques in action. Next, stop at Sukara village to watch local women hand-weaving songket cloth with gold and silver threads on simple looms. Continue south along a scenic, winding road passing green tobacco fields and dry hills to Selong Belanak beach. This crescent-shaped beach, framed by hills and facing the Indian Ocean, is ideal for surfing or simply relaxing on soft white sand. Afterward, take a break at Kuta beach, one of Lombok’s most beautiful spots, perfect for unwinding after your cultural visits. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. On the return journey, visit a Sasak village to admire traditional bamboo-roofed houses and the iconic pile-supported, bonnet-shaped rice barns known as lumbungs, a symbol of Lombok’s heritage. Return to your hotel in Senggigi for the evening.

After breakfast at the hotel, collect your beach gear and set off for a full day by the sea. Your guide will pick you up for a scenic drive along Lombok’s southwest coast to Tawun Pier. From there, board an outrigger boat to Gili Nanggu, known for its pristine beaches and vibrant coral reefs—ideal for snorkelling amid diverse marine life. Next, sail to nearby Gili Sudak, a smaller island offering equally excellent snorkelling opportunities. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant or as a picnic on the island. Afterwards, visit Gili Kedis, a sandbar island where you can relax or stroll along the beach before returning by boat to the pier and driving back to your hotel in Senggigi.

After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver for a journey north to explore Lombok’s striking mountain landscape. You will drive along extended golden beaches before reaching the parking area, where a short trek through lush vegetation leads to Sendang Gile waterfall – a 30-metre cascade and remarkable natural sight. On the return journey, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to your hotel in Senggigi for the evening.

Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before checking out by noon. Your driver will then transfer you to Lombok Airport for your return flight to Bali (recommended flight: AirAsia LOP-DPS 12:00–12:50). Upon arrival in Denpasar, a driver holding a card with your name will meet you and provide transfer to your hotel in Bali. Alternatively, you may continue your onward journey from Denpasar Airport.
