Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Lisbon & Fado Show

Once you have arrived in Lisbon, a transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in. You may have some time to explore the city, grab a meal, or relax.
This evening, we will experience the soul of Portugal at a traditional Fado performance, where heartfelt melodies capture the spirit of Lisbon’s historic neighbourhoods.
During the show, we will enjoy a welcome dinner featuring some of the most beloved dishes of Portuguese cuisine, a perfect introduction to the country’s rich culinary heritage.
Day 2 - Discovering the Heart of Lisbon

Today, a transfer will collect us from our hotel for a half-day city tour with a local guide, who will introduce us to the main sights of Portugal’s capital. The tour begins along Avenida da Liberdade, once a grand promenade for the nobility and royal family.
We will then visit Parque Eduardo VII, the city’s largest central park, named in honour of King Edward VII of England after his visit in 1903 to reaffirm the long-standing alliance between the two nations.
Next, we will explore Lisbon’s most characterful neighbourhoods, including Alfama and Bairro Alto, where age-old traditions and cultural influences blend to create a lively atmosphere. The tour concludes at Praca do Comercio, one of Europe’s largest squares, offering sweeping views over the Tagus River and the vibrant city beyond.
In the afternoon, you will have free time to relax or explore more of Lisbon at your own pace.
Day 3 - Exploring Sintra & Cascais

Lisbon - Sintra - Cascais - Estoril - Lisbon. This morning, we set off to explore the enchanting towns of Sintra and Cascais. Just 30 kilometres from Lisbon, Sintra is known for its wooded hills, elegant estates and timeless atmosphere.
You will have the option to visit one of the town’s most iconic landmarks. You may choose to explore the National Palace of Sintra, the colourful Pena Palace, the beautifully restored Palace of Monserrate or the intriguing Quinta da Regaleira. Each offers its own perspective on Sintra’s rich heritage and romantic charm.
We then continue to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost tip of mainland Europe, where we pause to admire the dramatic meeting of land and ocean. Our afternoon takes us to Cascais, a former fishing village that has grown into an elegant coastal retreat while maintaining its historic character.
We follow the scenic coastal road back to Lisbon through Estoril, known for its graceful seaside architecture and golden beaches.
Please note: that these monuments close on the 24th and 25th December, 1 January and Easter Sunday.
Day 4 - Evora and the Flavours of Alentejo

Lisbon - Evora - Lisbon. We travel east into the Alentejo region for a full-day visit to the historic city of Évora. Recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Évora captivates with its whitewashed houses, grand churches, ancient monuments and network of medieval streets that tell the story of many centuries of cultural influences.
After lunch, we visit a working wine estate to learn about the production process, concluding our experience with a tasting of regional wines – a fitting way to round off our day in the heart of Alentejo.
Day 5 - Departure from Lisbon

After our final breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and take a transfer to Lisbon Airport for your onward flight. Safe Travels!
