Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to Seoul

Once you have arrived in Seoul, you make your own way to your accommodation, conveniently located close to Namdaemun Market and within easy reach of Deoksugung Palace, where you check in for the next four nights.
The rest of the day is free - you might use the time to browse the stalls at Namdaemun Market or admire the Deoksugung Palace nearby or the Jogye Temple.
Day 2 - Explore Seoul at Leisure

Today is left free for independent exploration. You could spend the day visiting one of the city's grand palaces, such as Gyeongbokgung or Changdeokgung, or head to the outskirts for one of Seoul's hiking trails.
Day 3 - Enjoy a DMZ Tour & Visit the Suspension Bridge

This morning, a private guide collects you from your accommodation lobby at 8 am for a full day exploring the Demilitarized Zone. Travelling by private air-conditioned vehicle, you head first to Imjingak Peace Park, home to monuments dedicated to hope and unification, before continuing to the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, dug by North Korea and discovered in 1978.
From here, you continue to Dora Observatory for sweeping views over North Korea through powerful binoculars, followed by a visit to Unification Village to learn about daily life in this border community. Your guide, who has visited the DMZ more than 1,000 times, shares detailed stories and historical insight throughout the day.
Lunch today is Korean barbecue or a traditional dish such as chicken soup, enjoyed at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you take a short, ten-minute walk across a suspension bridge built on a former Korean War battleground - now a peaceful walkway with mountain views, and suitable for all fitness levels - before being dropped back at your accommodation.
Please note: Tour duration is approximately 8 hours.
Day 4 - Seoul Food Journey

You have the morning free until midday, when a private car collects you from your accommodation for a five-hour food-focused tour of Seoul, starting at Gwangjang Market, where you sample classic street food such as mayak gimbap, bindaetteok, tteokbokki and sundae.
From here, you take a peaceful stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream before lunch at Tosokchon, a traditional hanok restaurant known for its ginseng chicken soup. The tour ends in Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, where cosy cafes serve bingsu, Korean tea and other sweet treats.
Please note: Tosokchon is a popular restaurant - an alternative venue may be used if it is unavailable.
Please note: Bring cash for the market stalls, wear comfortable walking shoes, and note that menu items may vary by season.
Day 5 - Goodbye Seoul

On your final day, you check out of your accommodation ahead of your departure from Seoul. With no further activities scheduled, you're free to spend any remaining time as you wish before making your own way onward.
