Day 1 - Tunis
On arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your professional guide and driver before being transferred directly to your hotel in Tunis or, if arriving via Monastir, to your hotel in Sousse. Dinner will be served at the hotel, where you will spend the night.
Day 2 - Tunis - Sousse - Kairouan - Tozeur
Begin the day with a visit to Kairouan, a city of great religious and historical significance. We explore the impressive Great Mosque, a prime example of Islamic architecture, before wandering through the vibrant souks where carpets, pottery and handcrafted jewellery are on display. Next, we visit the Aghlabid Basins, remarkable remains of early hydraulic engineering. Lunch is served at Nakcha restaurant, offering a taste of local cuisine. Afterward, we drive to Tozeur for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 - Tozeur
We explore the lush oases of Tozeur and Nefta, wandering through palm-lined pathways and admiring the distinctive clay brick architecture that characterises the area. This unique landscape, where desert meets verdant vegetation, offers a peaceful setting for discovery and reflection. We enjoy a traditional lunch in an authentic local environment before returning to the hotel in Tozeur for the evening.
Day 4 - Tozeur - Djerba - Houmt Arbah
Enjoy a leisurely morning at your hotel, taking time to relax or explore the surroundings at your own pace. For those seeking adventure, there is an optional excursion available to experience Tunisia�s untamed natural landscapes more closely. Lunch is served in a welcoming atmosphere before we continue our journey to Djerba, where you will spend the night.
Day 5 - Djerba - Matmata - Djerba - Houmt Arbah
We visit Matmata, a distinctive village known for its troglodyte dwellings carved into the rock, reflecting centuries of Berber heritage. This remarkable site also served as a filming location for the Star Wars films, adding an intriguing layer to your experience. We enjoy lunch at Diar El Barbar, where local specialties offer a true taste of the region. Afterward, we return to Djerba for the evening.
Day 6 - Djerba - El Jem - Hammamet
Today we visit the remarkable amphitheatre of El Jem, the world�s second-largest Roman arena. This impressive structure offers a glimpse into ancient spectacles and gladiatorial contests that once captivated thousands. Following the tour, we enjoy a traditional meal at Dar Ammar restaurant, providing a chance to relax and share in local hospitality. Afterwards, we travel to Hammamet for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7 - Hammamet - Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Tunis - Hammamet
We begin the day with a visit to Carthage, the ancient city famed for its impressive ruins that overlook the Mediterranean Sea. Next, we explore Sidi Bou Sa�d, a charming village known for its distinctive white houses and blue shutters, embodying classic Mediterranean character. Afterward, we head to the bustling medina of Tunis, where you can wander through narrow streets filled with crafts and local flavours. Lunch is served at a local restaurant before we return to the hotel in Hammamet for the evening.
Day 8 - Hammamet
After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport in Hammamet or Tunis, depending on your flight schedule. You will receive assistance throughout the departure process to ensure a smooth and timely journey home.
