Day 1 - Arrival in Saigon
Welcome to Saigon – Vietnam’s dynamic southern capital. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, make your own way to the city centre and check in at your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to relax and recover from your flight.
Day 2 - City landmarks and the Cu Chi tunnels
After breakfast, begin your discovery of Ho Chi Minh City’s fascinating past and vibrant present. Visit the historic Reunification Palace, a defining landmark marking the end of the Vietnam War in 1975. Continue to the elegant Central Post Office and the French-built Notre Dame Cathedral, two fine examples of colonial architecture.
Next, explore the War Remnants Museum for a poignant insight into the country’s wartime experiences. After lunch at a local restaurant, drive to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels – an extraordinary underground network used by Vietnamese guerrillas during the war. Step inside the tunnels to see the narrow passageways, concealed entrances, and living quarters that reveal the remarkable ingenuity of those who built and used them. Return to Saigon in the evening.
Day 3 - A day in the Mekong Delta
Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh. After breakfast, leave the bustle of Saigon behind for a full-day excursion to the Mekong Delta. En route to My Tho, stop at the tranquil Vinh Trang Pagoda, an architectural blend of Vietnamese, Khmer, and French styles. Upon arrival, board a boat for a gentle cruise along the Mekong River, passing stilt houses, lush orchards, and fishing villages.
Visit Tortoise Islet for lunch amidst the peaceful surroundings of a fruit garden. Later, continue to An Khanh in Ben Tre to experience rural delta life. Glide through shaded canals in a hand-rowed sampan, taste tropical fruits and honey tea, and enjoy live folk music performed by local artists. End the day with a visit to a family workshop producing coconut candy before returning to Saigon.
Day 4 - Flight to Da Nang and exploring Hoi An
Ho Chi Minh - Danang - Hoi An. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel in Hoi An. After check-in, join a guided walking tour through the UNESCO-listed Old Town. Discover the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, the ornate Chinese Assembly Halls, and centuries-old merchant houses that reflect Hoi An’s multicultural past.
Wander through the riverside market along the Thu Bon River, browse for handmade silk, lanterns, and local art, or have a bespoke outfit tailored – a charming Hoi An tradition.
Day 5 - Free day in Hoi An
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then spend the day at leisure exploring Hoi An at your own pace. Stroll through the lantern-lit streets, relax by the river, or unwind on the nearby beach. You may also choose to join the optional full-day tour to Ba Na Hills.
Optional Excursion: Golden Bridge & Ba Na Hills Depart for Ba Na Hills and ride the record-breaking cable car to the famous Golden Bridge, held aloft by giant hands. Visit Le Jardin, the Debay Wine Cellar, Linh Ung Pagoda, and Fantasy Park with its array of rides and attractions. Enjoy a buffet lunch before exploring the mountain peak and taking in panoramic views of Da Nang Bay. Return to Hoi An in the evening.
Day 6 - Imperial Hue and local street food
Hoi An - Hue. After breakfast, travel by deluxe minibus to Hue, Vietnam’s former imperial capital. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel before beginning your exploration of this historic city. Visit the Royal Citadel and Forbidden City, the heart of the Nguyen Dynasty’s rule, then wander through the vibrant Dong Ba Market.
Later, embark on a street food tour to sample Hue’s culinary treasures, including Banh Ram It, Banh Loc, and the famous Bun Bo Hue. End your tasting adventure with a refreshing Vietnamese coffee or a sweet Che dessert.
Day 7 - Flight to Hanoi and the Old Quarter
Hue - Hanoi. Enjoy breakfast and some free time before transferring to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and taken to your hotel. In the afternoon, take a guided walk through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, exploring its narrow streets, traditional shophouses, and lively markets.
Visit Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake and Bach Ma Temple, one of Hanoi’s oldest places of worship. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show followed by a relaxing 30-minute foot massage at a local spa.
Day 8 - Halong Bay overnight cruise
Hanoi - Halong Bay. Start the day early with a stroll to a nearby lake, where locals gather for morning exercise and Tai Chi. After breakfast, journey to Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its towering limestone karsts. Board your overnight cruise and sail through the serene waters, exploring caves and swimming in hidden lagoons. Enjoy a freshly prepared seafood dinner onboard.
Day 9 - Morning in the bay and return to Hanoi
Halong Bay - Hanoi. Join an early Tai Chi or yoga session as the sun rises over the bay. After breakfast, disembark and return to Hanoi by shuttle, arriving mid-afternoon.
Day 10 - Flight to Singapore
Hanoi - Singapore. After breakfast, make your own way to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Singapore. On arrival, meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Optional Excursion: Night Out in Chinatown & Bugis VillageSpend an evening exploring Singapore’s vibrant Chinatown, brimming with shops, eateries, and colourful night markets. Enjoy dinner at a local Chinese restaurant before a trishaw ride through Bugis Village and Little India. End the night with a scenic bumboat cruise along the Singapore River, passing colonial landmarks, modern skyscrapers, and the illuminated Merlion.(Operates Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.)
Day 11 - Highlights of Singapore
After breakfast, join a half-day city tour of Singapore. See the Civic and Colonial Districts, snap photos of the Merlion at Marina Bay, and visit Thian Hock Keng Temple and Little India. Conclude at the National Orchid Garden before spending the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 12 - Free day in Singapore
Enjoy a full free day to explore Singapore at your own pace. Discover Sentosa Island, visit Gardens by the Bay, shop along Orchard Road, or explore the historic neighbourhoods of Kampong Glam and Clarke Quay.
Day 13 - Departure from Singapore
After breakfast, transfer to Singapore Changi Airport for your onward flight home.
