Everything was great. I didn't do much research prior to embarking but talking with others I think I saw everything in the region without having to do extensive planning. The tour guide, Pili, was amazing. Informative, funny, personable and was a great bridge from my culture to the cultures we saw.

Not much for vegetarian at some places. Moyo Tented Camp was full of ants in the bathroom on first day/night. We were not able to take shower and freshen up the following morning. We were moved to another room the following aftern.

The guides were awesome and we got to see so many animals. They managed to ensure everyone on the trip got the time they needed in the animals they were interested in and were all very personable. Accommodation and food was good and we would definitely recommend this tour to others. There was a bit of confusion in regards to tipping guides. On arrival in Kenya we were informed via our airport pick up (Michael) and through the brochure given to us that tipping was $10 per person per day. However, on arrival in Tanzania we were told that it is $20 per person per day so just a conflict in the information given. Also we booked an extra night at the end of the safari before our onwards flight and were charged over $500 NZD for a night at the Mt Meru Lodge. I did think the cost was excessive for the accommodation in this situation.
