Itinerary
Day 1 - Vienna
Upon arrival in Vienna, we will transfer you to your hotel where you can settle in and enjoy some free time at your leisure. In the afternoon, important information about the start of your tour will be available on the notice boards located at the hotel reception. This allows you to prepare comfortably for the days ahead.
Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour.
Day 2 - Vienna
We begin the day with a panoramic tour of Vienna led by a local guide. You’ll see the city’s grand avenues, magnificent palaces, extensive parks and bustling central district, gaining a broad understanding of its rich architecture and urban life. In the afternoon, you have free time to explore the city at your own pace. Later, we’ll transfer you to the Grinzing district – once a traditional wine-growing village, now part of Vienna – famous for its authentic taverns. You’ll have time to enjoy dinner here independently before returning to your accommodation.
Day 3 - Vienna - Budapest
We travel to Budapest, Hungary’s vibrant capital, a journey of around three hours. Upon arrival, you’ll have free time for lunch in the bustling Váci utca area. Afterwards, we set off with a scenic boat trip along the Danube River, showcasing historic Buda on one side and the lively Pest district on the other—this provides some of the city’s most striking views. We then continue with a panoramic tour of Budapest, often called the “Queen of the Danube.” Following the tour, you’ll have some free time to explore independently. In the evening, you have the option to enjoy a traditional Magyar show, including dinner.
Day 4 - Budapest
After breakfast, our tour concludes, leaving you with lasting memories of your time in Budapest.

Departure dates are guaranteed with 2 travellers. 'Double/Twin' prices are per person when there are 2 people on the same booking sharing a room. 'Single' prices are applicable to anyone wanting the privacy of their own room. 'Triple' prices are per person when there are 3 people on the same booking sharing a room. 'Shared' prices are for solo travellers who are happy to share with another solo traveller of the same sex in a twin room - a single room will be provided at no additional cost if there are no suitable travellers to share with.
