As life is slowly starting to resume to normal rhythms, we must not throw caution to the wind, but take heed of the lessons we had to learn in the past few months moving forward.,The aftermath of an unprecedented global health crisis, finds the rules of travel vastly changed in a short amount of time. The governments of the countries least affected by this crisis have taken measures to ensure everyone’s safety as they are starting to welcome back travelers. Greece remains one of the safest destinations worldwide, having exceptionally handled a difficult situation and in the same spirit of responsibility has instituted a new public health protocol to retain the status quo.,We are here to help you navigate through the steps you need to take to travel to Greece in a safe and responsible manner. Starting July 1st 2020, the following guidelines have been issued by the Greek authorities:,Passenger Location Form (PLF),The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the process. All travelers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece.,You can fill out the passenger location form here.,International Flights,The following protocol has been put in place for passengers traveling to any Greek airport via international flights:,Arrival of passengers at the arrival gate.,Transfer to the area where screening personnel are located and check the unique quick response (QR) code each passenger shows on their mobile phone screen or printed QR form.,Screening personnel direct passengers, depending on their QR code, either to the screening area or to the exit (baggage claim area or passport control). Until the screening results become available, passengers tested for the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 by a trained health team are obliged to self-isolate at the address of their final destination as declared on their passenger locator form (PLF). Our personnel is equipped with protective masks and hand sanitizer is provided for passengers. This includes transfer to a hospital and medical costs as well as stay in a quarantine hotel if needed. In the event of a confirmed infection, close contacts of the case will be transferred to a separate quarantine accommodation at the expense of the Greek state. Day 2

Athens

After breakfast, at the designated time, you will begin a panoramic tour of the Athenian Neoclassical Center. This tour will cover notable sites including the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the University, the Library, the National Academy, the Ilion Palace, the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Gate, the Panathenaic Stadium, and various other fascinating monuments. A licensed English-speaking tour guide will provide insights into the history and significance of these attractions. Following the panoramic tour, you will visit the iconic Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, with entrance fees included in the tour package. After your visit, you have the option to return to your hotel or explore the charming and scenic streets of Plaka on your own. Overnight stay in Athens. Meals include breakfast.

In the morning, after breakfast, one of our private vehicles, along with your assistant, will be ready to take you to the port of Piraeus. From there, you will board a ferry to the renowned island of Mykonos. The ferry crossing is scheduled at an optimal time of day to allow you to bask in the sun on deck and admire the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The name "Mykonos" is believed to mean "the heap of stones" or "rocky place," though later stories link it to Mykono, a hero who was the son of Anius, king of Delos. Upon your arrival on the island, one of our English-speaking representatives will greet you, escort you to your hotel, and introduce you to this celebrated destination. You will have the rest of the day free to relax and embrace the leisurely lifestyle of the islanders. Overnight stay will be in Mykonos. Meals include breakfast.

As you approach the island, you'll have the chance to admire Fira, the capital city, with its iconic white houses perched on the cliffside overlooking the volcano. Upon arrival, one of our English-speaking representatives will greet you at the port, guide you to your hotel, and share insights about this picturesque island. Santorini

Enjoy a free day to explore this enchanting island, often associated with the legendary lost continent of Atlantis, at your own pace. The island's name was given by the Venetian Giacomo Barozzi, inspired by a chapel dedicated to Saint Eirini. His descendants stayed until 1576, after which the island became part of the Duchy of Naxos until it was conquered by Piyale Pasha. Optionally, embark on a breathtaking sailboat tour that includes visits to the small islands within the caldera, Nea and Palea Kameni, known for their green and yellow hot springs. Heraklion

At the scheduled time, you will be moved to Athinios, the new port in Santorini. From there, you will board a ferry to proceed to Crete, the largest island in Greece. You will dock at Heraklion, the island's capital, known as the realm of the legendary King Minos and his Minotaur. Heraklion was the most significant city of the Minoan civilization, and its name translates to "the glory of the goddess Hera." The Palace of Knossos, recognized as the oldest palatial complex in Europe, is situated in Heraklion. Overnight stay: Crete, Heraklion. Meals: Breakfast.

Next, consider stopping at Rethymnon, a city with a rich history under Venetian rule. This 140 km trip from Heraklion to Chania offers you the opportunity to explore and immerse yourself in the island's stunning interior. Day 9

On your free day, we suggest using your rental car to explore the remarkable attractions that make this city a top European holiday destination. Be sure to visit the breathtaking beaches of Balos, Elafonisi, and Falasarna, which are major draws for visitors. If you're a trekking enthusiast, the Samaria Gorge is a must-see. Day 10

After breakfast, you will drive your rental car to Chania Airport, where you will return it to the car rental company's airport station at the scheduled time. You will then board your included flight back to Athens. Please ensure that your international flight departs no earlier than 12:30 PM for a comfortable connection.
