London - Stonehenge - Jurassic Coast - Exeter. Heading west from London, we journey to Stonehenge, a Neolithic UNESCO-protected stone circle shrouded in mystery. After admiring this ancient wonder, we head south to the Jurassic Coast. This name was rightfully earned thanks to the staggering array of dinosaur fossils that have been found and continue to be found in the area. Making our way to Durdle Door, there is plenty of time to admire this natural limestone arch and take photos.
Our final stop for the day is the city of Exeter in Devon. Once the most western fortified town of Roman Britain, today Exeter is a modern coastal city. Attractions include the historic city walls, gothic cathedral and an elegant quayside area complete with bars and restaurants. We'll spend two nights in Exeter.
Please note: Check-in closes at 09:00 on day 1 (tour departs at 09:15) - Stance 3, Greenline Coach Terminal London, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London, SW1W 9SH.
