Follow scenic trails past glacier-fed lakes, rugged valleys and dramatic mountain peaks while tackling some of the region’s most iconic hikes. Walk to the striking Las Torres Base Lookout Point, take in panoramic views across the Francés Valley and reach the impressive Grey Glacier. Day 1 - Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park
Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine National Park. Upon arrival in Puerto Natales, you will receive an induction briefing along with your vouchers and route map before taking the 2:30 pm bus to Torres del Paine National Park. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours through Patagonia’s spectacular landscapes.
If you would like to make the most of the day, you can join an optional horseback riding or climbing excursion before travelling to the park.
You will arrive in the afternoon, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in the Central Sector.
Please note: that optional excursions are not included and require advance reservation and payment. If participating, you will need to collect your vouchers the day before and take the earlier 7 am bus from Puerto Natales. If you have selected the camping option, all necessary camping equipment will be provided at each campsite.

Day 2 - Hike to Las Torres Base Lookout Point

This morning, you will have an early start as you hike to one of Torres del Paine National Park’s most iconic viewpoints - the Las Torres Base Lookout Point. The trail begins across the Patagonian pampas before crossing the Ascencio River and climbing towards Los Vientos Pass, where you will be rewarded with impressive views over the surrounding valleys and lakes.
You will continue past the Chileno Mountain Hostel and through peaceful lenga beech forests before reaching La Morrena, where the most challenging section of the hike begins. From here, a rocky trail leads to the spectacular Las Torres Base Lookout Point beneath the park’s famous granite towers.
After time to take in the scenery, you will descend back to the Central Sector for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3 - Trek to the Francés Sector

Today, you will hike approximately 13.5 km along the shores of Nordenskjöld Lake beneath Almirante Nieto Mountain and the striking Cuernos del Paine. Along the route, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Los Cuernos of the Paine Massif, hanging glaciers, turquoise lakes, and the park’s unique wildlife and vegetation.
After the hike, you will have dinner and spend the night in the Francés Sector.

Day 4 - Francés Valley Hike

You will have an early start as you begin one of the most memorable hikes of the circuit through the spectacular Francés Valley. The day starts with a gentle walk to the Italiano Campsite before climbing through forest trails into the heart of the valley alongside the Francés River.
You will continue to the Francés Lookout Point, where dramatic views open up across the surrounding peaks of the Paine Massif, including Paine Grande, Catedral, Hoja, Máscara, Espada, Aleta de Tiburón, and Cuerno del Norte.
After time to take in the scenery, you will descend to the Paine Grande Sector for your overnight stay.

Day 5 - Grey Glacier Trek & Return to Puerto Natales

After your final breakfast, you will set out towards the magnificent Grey Glacier, the third major milestone of the circuit. The trail skirts around Paine Grande, the highest peak in the mountain range, with impressive views of its hanging glaciers along the way.
Walking through forests of Antarctic beech, coigüe, and colourful Chilean firebush, you will reach the first viewpoint overlooking Grey Lake, where floating pieces of glacier drift across the water. You will then continue towards the impressive Grey Glacier and the Grey Mountain Refuge.
After a short stop, you will return to the Paine Grande Sector and board the 6:30 pm catamaran to Pudeto, where a bus will be waiting to take you back to Puerto Natales. You will then make your way to the airport or your accommodation. Safe Travels!
