Day 1 - Athens - Athina
On arrival at Athens Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred in comfort to your hotel in the city. Athens offers a selection of exceptional hotels, and your accommodation has been carefully chosen to ensure a memorable stay. You will have the evening at leisure to settle in and begin exploring this historic city. Overnight in Athens.
Day 2 - Athens - Corinth - Epidaurus - Nauplion - Mycenae - Olympia
After breakfast, we set off along the scenic coastal road to the Corinth Canal, where we pause briefly to admire this impressive engineering feat. Continuing on, we visit the Theatre of Epidauros, renowned for its exceptional acoustics. Next, we stop in the charming town of Nauplion for a short photo opportunity before heading to Mycenae to explore the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. From there, we journey through the heart of the Peloponnese, passing the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis, before arriving in Olympia. Here, you will spend the night in the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 3 - Olympia - Delphi - Phocis
After breakfast, we visit the Archaeological Site at Olympia, exploring the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum. We then drive through the plains of Elis and Achaia, crossing the impressive Rion-Antirion Bridge over the Corinthian Gulf. Passing the charming towns of Nafpaktos (Lepanto) and Itea, we continue to Delphi. Dinner is served at the hotel, where you will stay overnight.
Day 4 - Delphi - Athens - Athina
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before visiting the Archaeological Site and Museum in Delphi. You will then have a couple of hours of free time to explore the town at your leisure. Afterwards, we travel through the village of Arachova, known for its vibrant rugs and carpets, before returning to Athens via Levadia and Thebes. Expect to arrive in Athens early evening for your overnight stay.
Day 5 - Athens - Athina
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before a full day at your own pace to explore Athens. Whether you choose to visit iconic landmarks, browse local markets, or simply soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere, the day is yours to discover as you wish. Overnight in Athens.
Day 6 - Athina
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Join our expert guide to explore the striking contrasts that define Athens. We start with a brief stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Then, we pass key landmarks including the Prime Minister’s residence—formerly the Royal Palace and guarded by the colourful Euzones—the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament building, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and Constitution Square (Syntagma). At the Acropolis, we visit the architectural highlights of Athens’ Golden Age: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, and the Parthenon, often described as a perfect balance of form and spirit. We conclude at the New Acropolis Museum, home to many classical treasures. Please note that visiting hours may require us to adjust the order of this programme. Overnight in Athens.
Day 7 - Athens - Athina
Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before your departure. Depending on your flight time, we will transfer you to Athens Airport for your onward journey.
