Day 1 - Athens

Welcome to Athens, the capital of Greece! After arriving, we will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Once settled, enjoy your free time to explore the city at your own pace.
Day 2 - Exploring Athens

This morning, join our expert guide for a captivating tour of Athens' highlights. We will drive past the Panathenaic Stadium, the site of the first modern Olympic Games, and see the majestic Temple of Olympian Zeus. You'll also view Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament building, and the poignant memorial of the Unknown Soldier. Our route takes us by the historic Academy, the prestigious University, the National Library, and bustling Constitution Square (Syntagma).
Our tour concludes with a visit to the iconic Acropolis, a timeless emblem of democracy, education, and inspiration. We will then explore the impressive Acropolis Museum (entrance fees included), home to significant artefacts from this ancient site. This afternoon, you're free to explore at your leisure.
Day 3 - Delphi & Kalabaka

Athens - Delphi - Kalabaka. Leaving Athens, we will embark on a captivating journey to Delphi, renowned in ancient Greece for its most famous oracle and considered the centre of the world. Nestled on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, you'll encounter the stunning ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythius. Here, you can explore the remarkable Treasury of the Athenians, the Theatre, the Stadium, and the Museum, which houses the celebrated statue of Antinoos and the rare bronze statue of the Charioteer from 475 B.C., as well as the famed athlete Aghias.
As we continue our journey, enjoy the scenic views from your window as we traverse the Thessalian plains, passing through the charming towns of Amphissa, Lamia, and Trikala. We will arrive at your hotel in Kalambaka by early evening. Dinner will be served at your hotel.
Day 4 - Meteora & Return to Athens

Kalabaka - Meteora - Athens. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before we set off for Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you’ll discover over 20 monasteries nestled atop towering sandstone cliffs or hidden within natural caves. Marvel at the stunning landscape and explore the wealth of historical and religious artefacts seemingly suspended between earth and sky.
While returning to Athens, there will be a stop in the coastal town of Thermopylae, near Lamia. Here, you can learn about the famous battle between the Greek Spartans and Persians. We aim to arrive back in Athens early in the evening.
Day 5 - Athens to Santorini

Athens - Santorini. In the morning, transfer to the port of Piraeus for your ferry to Santorini (travel independently). Once you arrive on the stunning island, you'll be taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore and enjoy Santorini's breathtaking landscape and charming atmosphere.
Day 6 - Santorini at Leisure

Spend your day soaking in Santorini's unique charm. Enjoy the stunning views and stroll along its picturesque black sandy beaches. As the day winds down, prepare to witness the island’s world-renowned sunsets.
For those interested in a bit more adventure, we recommend a half-day cruise to the volcanic islands of Nea Kammeni and Palea Kammeni in the heart of the renowned caldera. During the summer months, take a refreshing dip in the hot springs, famous for their orange-hued waters.
In the evening, you might choose to indulge in a romantic dinner on the caldera's edge, offering what many consider the most breathtaking view on the planet.
Day 7 - Santorini to Mykonos

Santorini - Mykonos. Enjoy a leisurely morning before you are collected and transferred to the port for your ferry to Mykonos (travel independently). Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Spend your afternoon exploring at your own pace. Consider wandering through Chora, where you can visit the old port and the charming area of Little Venice. These iconic spots offer a glimpse into the island's vibrant culture and history.
Day 8 - Mykonos at Leisure

Mykonos offers an exciting blend of vibrant venues and stunning natural landscapes, characteristic of the Cycladic Islands. Today, we'll wander the island's charming streets, lined with iconic whitewashed cubic houses featuring striking blue windows. The narrow, pebble-stoned paths wind past quaint white chapels crowned with sky-blue domes.
This day is yours to explore at leisure. You might choose to visit the iconic Mykonos Windmills, a distinctive feature on the landscape since the 16th century. Be sure to capture some idyllic photographs at the Church of Panagia Paraportiani, renowned for its unique architectural design near the harbour entrance.
Day 9 - Return to Athens

Mykonos - Athens. You will be collected and transferred to the port for your departure to Piraeus, Athens. Upon arrival, you will head to your hotel to settle in and unwind.
Day 10 - Athens

Based on your flight schedule, we will arrange your transfer to Athens Airport. You'll depart with wonderful memories of Greece's attractions tucked away in your luggage.
