Day 1 - London - Cambridge - Coventry - Liverpool
We begin our journey in London with a hearty breakfast before heading north to explore the picturesque town of Cambridge. Known for its historic university, founded in 1209, Cambridge offers graceful neoclassical Gothic architecture, serene canals, and charming residential colleges for you to discover at your leisure. After basking in the academic air of Cambridge, we travel through the idyllic English countryside, making our way to Coventry. This city is steeped in history and noted for its influential role in the car industry. Coventry Cathedral, which stands as a poignant emblem of peace and reconciliation after its destruction in World War II, is a highlight of our visit. Our day concludes in Liverpool, where we embark on a brief bus tour. This vibrant city is celebrated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famously linked to The Beatles. Though we don't stay overnight, these captivating experiences assure a memorable start to our journey. Day 2 - Liverpool - Stratford - Oxford - London
Today, we venture into the heart of central England. Our journey begins in Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. From the picturesque streets of Stratford, we journey to Oxford, a city renowned for its prestigious university and rich cultural heritage. Known for educating some of the world's most influential figures, Oxford offers a glimpse into a world steeped in history and intellectual achievement. In the evening, we'll make our way back to London, concluding our day's adventure. Make sure to check your flight times ahead of our arrival, as you may want to arrange an additional night's stay to make the most of your time in this vibrant city.
