Day 1 - Welcome to Rarotonga
Upon arrival, make your own way to your resort. Later, check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure - relax and enjoy the beach.

Optional: 4-Hour Rarotonga Going Troppo Nightlife Tour
Departure Time: 7:00 pm Trip Duration: 4 hoursHeading out for a big night in an unfamiliar town can be daunting; it’s easy to get lost or end up in the wrong venue. Get your bearings in Avarua with this nightlife tour - hop aboard a custom party bus to visit Rarotonga’s best clubs and night spots.
Day 3 - Adventure and Exploration
Relax today and enjoy some snorkelling off the beach, or if you’re feeling energetic, rent a bike and explore the island a little more.

Day 5 - A Day to Unwind
Spend the day at leisure - relax on the beach or explore the island at your own pace. July - October is whale watching season, so you could consider a cruise in search of humpbacks and other species if travelling at this time of year
Day 6 - Scenic Trails and Ocean Views
A full day at leisure to enjoy the resort facilities or unwind by the sea.
Optional: ‘Explore’ Rarotonga Guided Bike Tour with Lunch and Swim – Tuesday
Departure Time: 8:00 am Trip Duration: 5 hoursExplore the natural landscapes of Rarotonga on this half-day guided bike tour. Cycle the Ancient Coral Road, pass beautiful beaches and lush farmland, and stop to visit rural villages, swim in the ocean and enjoy lunch at a seafront restaurant.
Day 7 - Journey to Aitutaki
Rarotonga - Aitutaki. After breakfast, transfer to your hotel in Aitutaki. Spend the rest of the day at leisure - relax on the beach or explore independently.
Days 8-10 - Days at Leisure
Relax and enjoy the calm waters and soft white sands of Aitutaki. Spend the days at leisure soaking up the island’s natural beauty.
Day 11 - Farewell to the Cook Islands
Say goodbye to the crystal-clear beaches of Aitutaki. Check out of your resort and make your own way to the airport for your onward flight home.
