Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Calgary

Once you have arrived at Calgary International Airport, you will make your own way to your centrally located downtown hotel. The rest of the day is yours - a good opportunity to settle in or explore the local area. There is an optional welcome meeting this evening for those who want to meet their guide and fellow travellers before the tour gets underway tomorrow.
Please note: this itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or unexpected closures.
Day 2 - Calgary to Banff

Calgary - Banff. After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and set off on an orientation tour of Calgary, taking in its western heritage and modern skyline. We visit the Calgary Stampede Sam Centre before heading west toward the Rocky Mountains, stopping for a ranch-style lunch at Boundary Ranch along the way.
In Banff, we take an orientation tour of the town, passing the Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls and the townsite, before riding the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain. This evening is free for you to explore Banff Avenue and find somewhere to eat.
Day 3 - Banff, Yoho National Park and Iconic Lakes

Banff - Yoho National Park - Banff. This morning, we travel through Banff and Yoho National Parks, home to some of Canada's most striking natural scenery. We visit Emerald Lake and Lake Louise, with views across to Victoria Glacier, before continuing to Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks.
The evening is free in Banff, with time to browse the shops, dine out or simply relax.
Please note: Moraine Lake is only accessible during the summer season, typically from June 1 to October 12, and this window is weather dependent. Access may close earlier than planned if snow arrives early in the area, so this visit may not be possible outside these dates.
Day 4 - Banff to the Icefields Parkway & Jasper

Banff - Jasper. Today, we depart Banff and travel the Icefields Parkway, one of the world's most scenic drives, with photo stops at Bow Lake and Athabasca Falls. We visit the Columbia Icefield, where the Ice Explorer Glacier Tour takes us out onto the ice.
We arrive in Jasper National Park and check in to our hotel. This evening is free to explore the Jasper townsite, with the option to join a visit to the Jasper Planetarium for stargazing at an additional cost.
Day 5 - Jasper to Wells Gray Provincial Park
Jasper - Wells Gray Provincial Park - Clearwater. After breakfast, we visit Maligne Lake, where you have the option of joining the Spirit Island Cruise or taking a lakeside walk. We continue past Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 metres, before travelling on to Wells Gray Provincial Park.
In Wells Gray, we explore the park with a visit to Spahats Falls and round off the day with a group dinner together in Clearwater.
Day 6 - Clearwater to Vancouver

Clearwater - Vancouver. We depart Clearwater and travel through rolling ranch land and the Cariboo region, following the Fraser River south. Arriving in Vancouver in the late afternoon, we take a sightseeing tour of the city, including Stanley Park and the downtown core, before settling in for an overnight stay.
Day 7 - Departure from Vancouver
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. You will then make your way to the airport for your onward flight.
For those continuing by cruise should note Vancouver sailings typically depart Saturdays, while a coach shuttle to Seattle's Pier 66/91 can be arranged on request (departing approx. 6:45am, arriving 12:30-1pm); those staying on in Vancouver can arrange extra nights along with optional sightseeing such as the Vancouver City Sightseeing and Lookout Tour, Victoria and Butchart Gardens, Whistler and Sea to Sky Gondola, North Shore and Grouse Mountain, a scenic seaplane flight, or Capilano Suspension Bridge.
